Hundreds of thousands of student loan debtors have fled a decaying American dystopia. Unfortunately for these loan defaulters, overseas debt collectors have started to hunt them down and make them pay - sometimes with their lives. The most dangerous of the debt collectors thinks he's on to a big payday, but first he needs to avoid a violent faction dedicated to bringing about his downfall.
