Hiccup and Astrid, childhood bestfriends, get separated for 5 long years when Stoick sends Hiccup off to boarding school. They both part ways with untold feelings. But once they reunite they both start talking as if those 5 years flew by. They talk, and eventually date. They go through some ups and downs, but in the end, there's always a Hiccup and Astrid, always.
