The Straw Hats have wondered from one island to the next, and have found a poster of an assassin who has a unique Lightning ability. When travelling each island the Straw Hats hear stories about the assassin wanted as the name White Lightning. Being a huge problem for the marines, but a hero among the people. When finally meeting this mysterious assassin, Sanji finds this hero to be something else.....
