A month after Chiaki's friend Hajime Hinata went missing a new Ultimate student arrives at Hope's Peak Academy and he goes by the name of Izuru Kamukura the only problem is that he won't tell people his Ultimate, not even the teachers. He also doesn't show any emotions, except to one lucky student, Nagito Komaeda.
