A troubled teen who goes by the name of Matteo Ramirez struggles with drug abuse after losing his father to police brutality just 7 years ago in 1997. It is now 2004, His life has gone to shit ever since. He stole, vandalized property, sold illegal drugs and did them himself. This is the beginning of his story, but.. how will it end?
