The Witching Hour (#Wattys2016)

A young witch, Faeryn, loved her power. She wanted more, so she made a potion to get more magic. However, it did the opposite and took all of it away. She had to abandon her home and escaped the dangerous forest she lived in, but when she got away, she had to worry about normal humans killing her and her familiars losing ties with her. Now, Faeryn has to find a way to get her magic back, stay hidden, and deal with emotions she avoided her whole life.
