Physical touch is definitely number one but I'm low-key touch starved, and I only acually like getting touched by very few, specific people. Not even my family is in that group. Other people still do touch me, but I don't like it.
It's nice to hear words of affirmation sometimes but like Jax said, if you tell someone they're loved and appreciated every day it kinda loses all meaning.
