[99] Eat your veggies

Mamma asks: "What are your plans kids? Nap on the grass? Or in bed? Watch tv?"

Scorpia looks at Dino and waits for his answer. He says: "I know what I would like but you've done so much for me already. I'll go spend some time in my room."

He gets up and goes upstairs.

Logan looks at Scorpia: "He wanted to nap with you, didn't he?"

Scorpia nods and a smirk appears on Logan's lips. He downs the glass water in front of him, "I think it's high time you sit on my shoulders. Do you think I'm tall enough?"

Scorpia looks at him with a shimmer in her eye, "I think you are, my handsome Scot."

Mamma gets what they're up to and starts clearing the table.

Scorpia and Logan step out and Logan lifts her onto his shoulders. She squeals and grabs onto his hair. He laughs and steps closer to Dino's balcony.

Scorpia grabs onto the railing and pulls herself up. She swings her leg over the fence and lands on the balcony. She gives Logan a thumbs up and blows him a kiss.

She checks the door and it's open. Dino is lying on his bed, his back turned to her. She crawls into bed behind him and wraps her arm around him.

"Sorellina? What are you doing here? And how?" He turns around and looks at the open balcony door. "Did the Scot help you climb onto my balcony?"

Scorpia laughs and nods. She turns on her back and Dino rests his head on her belly. She strokes through his hair and he relaxes a little.

"Sorellina? Do you believe me? That it doesn't matter?"

"Yes, I do. But it has never mattered to us and Violetta is not used to that. En maybe there was a boyfriend who did think it mattered. But I truly believe that what Logan said to her has touched her. She just needs time to let it sink in. How much do you like her Dino?"

He moans softly while Scorpia plays with his hair. "Mmm, so much that I'm desperately trying to stay awake. Because I don't want to ruin things any more. I've even thought about a renovation at the children's home. To create a pretty apartment for two there. That way she gets to be close to the kids but doesn't have to sleep in that stuffy attic room anymore."

"You would want to live there with her?"

"Yes, sorellina. Who needs 'real' kids when you're surrounded by kids all the time? Kids that crave love and attention? I've never seriously thought about kids of my own before. And I don't care. But I am sure about wanting to help kids."

"Oh Dino, I hope you get to speak to her soon." She rubs his back and kisses his forehead when suddenly his phone rings.

He pulls it from his pocket and his eyes go wide when he looks at his screen. He turns it to Scorpia to show her it's Violetta and she says: "Answer it! Right now! I'll give you some privacy."

She gets up and walks out of the room, making her way to her bedroom, hoping to find Logan there but her room is empty.

She walks over to Enzo's old room to watch Leo and Pia sleep. As soon as she is able to peek inside, she finds Logan standing there. She walks up to him and wraps her arm around his waist.

He rests his head on top of hers and whispers: "They are so cute together. They're holding hands while they sleep."

Scorpia looks at two kids with love in her eyes and sighs happily.

She softly says: "Dino just got a call from Violetta."

Logan pulls her out of the room and picks her up, walking into her bedroom and laying her down on the bed. He lies down behind her, wrapping his arm around her and burying his nose into her hair. "I hope Dino gets good news. I hope I didn't fuck it up."
