[105] Power From Calm

Lexy hops out of the bed the next morning, gets dressed, and looks over her shoulder at the sleeping Bruno. She sends him a message on her phone and looks at Scorpia and Logan for a second. Logan is on his back and Scorpia is sleeping on top of him, her head resting on his tattoo. Logan's arms are wrapped around Scorpia protectively and he snores softly.

She admires her special family and realizes all too well how special their bond is.

She runs down the stairs and into Grazia in the cafe. She hugs Grazia and says: "I'm rushing off to the kids but would you be so kind to make breakfast for three and leave it upstairs? Thank you! Byeee!"

Grazia stares at Lexy's back a bit stunned before laughing. This family... There are always unexpected moments but their love is palpable. She starts preparing breakfast for three people and gathers everything on a tray. 

She carries it upstairs and peeks through the open bedroom door. She laughs in silence and looks at the bed. So that's why Lexy said, three people. She puts everything on the coffee table and quietly makes her way downstairs. She gets everything ready in the cafe and cleans a little

Marco walks in and mumbles a good morning.

Grazia chuckles, "I'm guessing you had fun last night."

"Oh, auntie it was more than fun. It was amazing. I even had two girls to take home with me but in hindsight, I should have slept more.

Grazia shakes her head, "Do you want me to call your brothers? That way you can go back to bed."

Marco lifts his head and asks: "Really?"

"Yes, really. Janet is already here. We'll be fine."

Marco saunters back to the entrance when the door suddenly swings open.

A blonde ball of energy bounces in and hugs Marco. "Good morning Marco! I just spoke to Michelle and Anya and they would love to see you again." 

She looks him over, "I see you in a completely different light now."

She bursts out in laughter and Marco looks stunned, giving her a half-wave as he drags his feet out the door.

Grazia smiles wide at Freya, "Good morning! Are you here to work, girl?"

Freya nods, "If you give me a cup of coffee first. I've just dropped Ricardo of at the hotel and I have to stay busy today, so I won't worry about my Hulk getting punched. But please don't ever tell him I'm worried. I made up an excuse that Marco was sick. And now that I've seen him..."

Grazia laughs, "I've sent him home to sleep and was about to call his brothers. But with you here today, we don't need them. We'll just run this place with a full female staff again, fitting to the name."

Freya laughs too, "I think a few more girls are coming over for lunch today. So we'll just put them to work if it gets really busy. But most of the men will be at the tournament today, so it's bound to be quiet."

Janet puts a cup of coffee in front of Freya, who shoots her a grateful look before taking a sip.

Scorpia opens her eyes slowly and finds out Bruno is sleeping really close to her. She kisses his nose and his eyes fly open. He smiles at her and whispers: "Good morning, sorellina."

"Good morning, my sweetest big brother."

Bruno sighs because he knows Lexy has already left. He picks his jeans off from the floor and pulls his phone out of the pocket. He reads Lexy's message with a smile on his face. "My lady arranged breakfast for us and wishes us good luck today."
