Sara has been living with us for six months now. She got a job at Sink Shower & Stuff, while I'm still working at the Time Bureau.

I just brought Destiny to school and got my coffee. I saw Ava go home yesterday, so she won't need one. Then, with my coffee, I enter the Time Bureau.

To my surprise, Sara, Nate and Haircut are there. And the Agents have their weapons aimed at them.

In the meanwhile, I realize I should be assembling a small team and get started on the Level 7 anachronism during the Berlin Conference.

Apparently Abraham Lincoln ended up between those European bastards that were busy deviding Africa among themselves. He stopped them, which is good for the people of Africa, but not for the timeline.

I'm just too curious to how this is gonna play out. I'll get to Berlin later. Now, one of the agents sees me. "Agent Rory. Defensive positions."

It's not a command, since they can't give me orders. I'm not aloud to give them orders either, because they're Ava's team. It's more of a reminder. "Seriously?" I ask. "I haven't finished my coffee yet."

They all look at me like I'm crazy, so I mockingly give them what they want. I take my gun, point it at Sara, and take another sip of my coffee.

Ava walks in not much later. "Hello everyone, welcome. On the floor, hands behind your heads."

I roll my eyes at her antics. "Ava, seriousy?"

"Yes."

Sara gets on her knees, along with Nate. Haircut doesn't. "There must be some sort of mistake. We're the Legends..."

He had trouble saying the last part, because Ava pins him to the ground. "Oh, we know exactly who you losers are." She replies.

Sara looks at me in shock.

"I told you not to come here." I remind her.

She's about to reply when Haircut makes a comment about how the floor is 'super clean'. In return, Ava almost breaks his spine.

I'm not sure what to do next. I don't have much choice since she's technically my superior. Not that that ever stopped me...

"Lady, why are you so mean?" Haircut asks.

Sara takes a guess. "Maybe it's that poly-blend pantsuit that's got her so grumpy."

I hold back a laugh at that. Ava narrows her eyes at me, to which I simply take another sip of my coffee.

Nate insults the other agents a little. "I didn't know Men's Wearhouse gave group discounts."

Ava aims her gun at him now. "What's wrong with you people? Do you want to get shot?" She asks.

"Totally rather get shot than look like a Sears model." Nate replies. Now all the agents have their guns pointed in his direction.

Grim Reaper luckily stops them. "Hold your fire. Stand down, all of you."

"Finally." I mumble.

He makes his way past his agents and towards the other Legends, urging the agents to lower their weapons. Once they do, the Legends all stand up.

"Hello." Reaper greets. "It's so good to see you all. Next time, just call ahead."

He doesn't get a friendly greeting back though, instead Nate pins him against the wall. Everyone takes aim again. I'm really not interrested anymore, but I do take aim as well. Sara beats me to it though. She takes my gun and points it in my face.
