Chapter 1 - House Of Misfortunes

"Big brother, did you hear that noise?" A small blonde hair girl was hiding in the corner with her doll house, holding two doll with blonde hair and brown eyes, and then she made it nod, "Mommy and daddy are fighting again, you two promised to come back for me, its been 4 years though, were you lying to me?"

She made the doll shake its head and then she gave a smile, "Great! So you'll come back for me soon, I hope so, I love mommy and daddy but they yell too much," she said, pouting.

A loud crash, which sounded like a vase falling down was heard, but the small girl payed no attention to it and kept playing with her dolls.

A blonde woman with blue eyes stomped down the stairs, she didn't notice the blonde kid as she just kept throwing and breaking things around her, "WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH HIM! TWO OF OUR KIDS RAN AWAY, THE OTHER ONE IS A CRAZY MENTALLY-ILL KID AND ALL HE DOES IS DRINK OFF HIS PROBLEMS AND GOES OUT FUCKING OTHER WOMEN?!"

The older woman threw another vase which almost hit the tiny girl, and some of the glass that broke off did hit her, but again, the kid payed no attention to it and kept talking to her dolls.

The older woman saw that she accidently injured the kid and ran towards her, tears in her eyes and she hugged the child.

"Mommy, what's wrong? Why are you crying?"

"Loralei, Darling, I'm sorry you have to be in this environment," she cried out.

The girl said nothing and just picked up her other doll that had fell when her mother hugged her, "Mommy, brother says its okay, its not your fault," the girl, Loralei said, with a smile.

The other woman got up, "Darling, stop playing with those dolls, they can't talk back, your brothers are gone, they won't come back to this hell hole!"

Loralei looked up, with a look that seemed angry, "Don't lie mommy! I hate liars! Which is why I hate Daddy! He promised to be nice but he hit me yesterday! He broke his promise! Big brothers are kind! They promised to come back for me! They will! They aren't liars!" Loralei held on her dolls fiercely.

The older woman broke down crying, "Why am I in this situation, my baby...my darling," she then looked up towards Loralei, "you're crazy," she said, with a sad, crazed look on her face.

Loralei hugged her dolls as she looked down on the older woman, "If you didn't cheat on daddy, maybe daddy wouldn't cheat on you," Loralei said coldly, the older woman just cried as Loralei started playing with her toys again.

Even for a young age, Loralei knew everything that gone on in this house, she knew she was a product of her mom and her mom's lover sin, her dad found out with the birth of her little sister. But unlike Loralei, her little sister wasn't lucky enough to survive...or maybe she was lucky that she didn't survive. Her brothers left four years ago, on the day her little sister died from her dad throwing a beer bottle at her. Her little sister was only a few months old and didn't survive, her brothers got scared and ran away, they tried to convince Loralei to come with them, but at that time, Loralei was too attached to her parents, they did promise to come back to take Loralei if she regrets her decision then. Which she does, and now she had been waiting for her brothers return to take her away.

As Loralei kept playing while her mother was crying, she heard the sounds of her father heading down and going to the fridge.

"Stop that awful crying wretched bitch!" He yelled at Loralei's mother as she just kept sobbing, "And stop talking to those toys again Loralei, or I'll burn them!"

Loralei stopped talking and glared at her father, "Do not touch my brothers, you already killed my little sister, don't you dare touch my brother, liar," Loralei held her dolls in a protective manner.

"DON'T TALK TO ME LIKE THAT YOU BRAT!" The man came stomping towards Loralei with a beer bottle.

"Are you also going to kill me like my little sister? Daddy, you are being a bad person again, you made mommy cry, big brothers don't like you anymore, even though they are your real children," Loralei says, calm with a smile that had almost seemed evil.

"What did you say you brat?!" The man got closer, but the woman on the floor suddenly grabbed his legs, making him trip and fall on the ground, the glass bottle rolling away towards Loralei.

"YOU WON'T TAKE ANOTHER ONE OF MY BABY AWAY!" The woman screeched, hurting Loralei's ears.

Suddenly, the smell of something burning was strong, and Loralei noticed a fire spreading from the kitchen. "Mommy and Daddy!"

"What's wrong Loralei?" The woman, still holding the man down asked, but the girl didn't pay attention to her and ran towards the burning kitchen, acoiding the broken items that had been tossed around by her mother before.

The man grabbed the glass bottle as the woman tried to grab Loralei and smashed the glass bottle into her head, making it bleed as she fell on top of the man, unconscious. The man couldn't get the woman off of him, but he kept struggling as he saw the fire spreading towards them.

"LORALEI GET BACK HERE AND HELP ME!" The older man kept screaming, but Loralei didn't pay attention, she saw her two other dolls, the mother and father dolls, who looked like her parents, burned in the fire, Loralei frowned.

"They didn't deserve that," she frowned, she looked towards her brother dolls and smiled at them, "I'll go get little sister and we can run away together, mommy and daddy died so we don't need to stay here," she then ran back towards where she saw her mother lying unconscious on top of her screaming father and went past them to the doll house and opened it to get a small blonde hair, green eye doll out. Before she could run further, her father grabbed one of her leg, "HELP YOUR FATHER OUT HERE!"

Loralei looked down at him, "Your not my father, liar, Daddy died in the fire, I'm taking my big brothers and little sister out, bye bye!" She smiled and kicked his arms off with her other leg and ran off.

The man looked at her in shock and kept screaming, "I'M NOT DEAD, I'M NOT DYING HERE, YOU BRAT, COME BACK HERE!"

As the man kept yelling, he heard a creaking sound and looked up to see the ceiling falling down on him.

Outside the house, Loralei stood far, she was coughing a bit due to inhaling some of the smoke. She sat near the house as she started talking to her dolls again.

She heard many people were running or screaming but she just kept talking to her dolls.

"Fufufufufu, what are you doing, sitting in front of a burning house kid?" A tall man with blonde hair and a fluffy pink jacket appeared in front of her, with a weird looking group behind him.

Loralei stared at the man for a minute, before a really bright look appeared, "Big brother? Have you finally come to take me back? Where's our other brother?! Oh also, I brought our little sister with us! I know the old daddy killed her, but I have a new her!" she held out the baby doll with a smile, "Oh but mommy and old daddy died, but its okie, daddy lied to us too much, and mommy kept secrets from daddy," she said, smiling.

"Is she crazy?" One of them said.

"I knew you guys weren't liars! Mommy said you guys won't come back for me, but I knew... you guys would come back..." Loralei fell to the ground, unconscious.

"What just happened?!"

"Bring her with us," the tall blonde man said, surprising the others, "I liked that look in her eyes, bring her....dolls as well, she seems attached to it," he said, walking away.

Welps, this story started off dark OwO

Don't look at me- I'm still planning things out! This is actually my second draft, the first one is much less dark and a lot more....happy? This one will probably be dark for a while, I'm basically scrapping the first draft though, anyways, this will be a LawxOc story, and don't ask me questions on why people will be OCC. This is a fan fiction after all.

I don't know which story imma post first, since I'm starting a lot at once- but yeah, I'll post when I'm proud of a draft.

And yes, I drew the cover.
