His eyes shine again(Book 2)

Chapter 6 - What's wrong with me? A date about to go wrong

Feet steps were heard coming towards the kitchen were Sasuke was at Orochimaru's hideout. Hearing the footsteps and not wanting anyone to see that a tear has fallen down Sasuke's cheek, he quickly wiped it off and went back to the careless Uchiha. The footsteps belonged to Kabuto who just entered the kitchen. Sasuke had met him a couple of times but only when Orochimaru needs him or something like that, other times, he barely talks to him.

"Sasuke-kun, Orochimaru-sama want you to come to the throne room. The other's are there as well." informed Kabuto.

"Alright I'll be there in a bit." replied Sasuke.

Kabuto nodded his head then he left and went back to Orochimaru and the others.

'What could he want? Is it because of the fight me and Karin had? That's probably it. I better go now before Kabuto comes back to drag me there.'  thought Sasuke. Sasuke stood up from his seat and made his way to where the others are currently at. He opened the door to the thrown room and all the eyes were on him. Karin who still didn't like the Uchiha turned away and looked at something whoch looked like it was showing them something that was happening at the moment. It was Naruto and Sakura.

"Ah Sasuke-kun you're here. Come, we're watching what Naruto is doing at the moment. I think you should see this." said Orochimaru.

With Naruto*

Naruto and Sakura are currently at the forest right now because Naruto wanted to be outside the village for a bit for peace and quiet. 'Hm, what should I do first to start off healing his wounds. I know! Since we're datin gnow, I should take him on a date.'  thought Sakura.

"Hey Naruto." said Sakura.

"Yeah?" answered Naruto.

"Do you want to go on a date?" asked Sakura looking at Naruto straight in the eye saying she's serious.

"Um, ok then. I need to get my mind off somethings anyways." replied Naruto.

"Alright" said Sakura getting up. "Let's go then. This time. You're on a date with me instead of Sasuke-kun." continued Sakura holding her hand out.

"Yeah. I hope the first date I have with you will be memorable." said Naruto taking Sakura's hand getting up.

"Then let's go to Ichirakus then. It's your favorite food place right? Plus, I think Teuchi-san and Ayame-san will be happy to see you happy again as well. You've been smiling a lot more now." said Sakura.

"Yeah. Thanks to you Sakura-chan." replied Naruto.

Then the duo walked towards Ichiraku ramen hand in hand.

With Sasuke*

Sasuke's eyes twitched seeing the scene of Naruto and Sakura acting like a couple.

"Why are they acting like that?" asked Sasuke trying to sound calm but he could not cover his anger fully because his eyes showed a hint of anger in them.

When I say a hint of anger, I mean enough anger that even an idiot or even an infant that looks into them can tell not to mess with that person. If he couldn't cover it fully and that was only a bit, then it means he is extremely angry.

"Because they are dating now Sasuke-kun. Naruto-kun has been smiling more with her around. She's been treating him very nicely as well. Could it be that you're jealous Sasuke-kun? Your eyes look angry." said Orochimaru making Karin smirk in the back.

"I'm not. Just surprised that's all." replied Sasuke defending himself with a lie though he didn't know he was lying to himself.

Everyone turned back to the screen(I'm going to call it screen but in this fanfic it's a jutsu Orochimaru made to monitor whatever he wants). In the screen, Naruto and Sakura walked hand in hand towards the Ichiraku ramen store on a date. 'We use to go on dates there as well. A lot of times since Naruto loves eating there. He looked so happy going there. His smile was bright and his eyes shi-wait, stop thinking about this! But seriously, I don't like how this is going. He's together with Sakura. They're even walking hand in hand. Ugh! I hate this! It's torture. Wait.......why do I even care?'  thought Sasuke. The duo in the screen continued to walk towards Ichiraku ramen and ran into their friends.

Hinata- Hi guys!(Hinata is not stuttering because Kiba her lover helped her with confidence since he had a lot of confidence)

Naruto and Sakura- Hey guys!

Shino- Have have you been Naruto?

Naruto- I got better

Shino- That's good

Naruto- Yeah

Kiba- Where are you guys going? We are going to a BBQ restaurant. Wanna join?

Choji- There's really good food there

Sakura- Thanks but we're going to Ichiraku ramen

Kiba- Isn't that Naruto's favorite food store?

Naruto- It is

Ino- Wait you guys are holding hands! Does that mean....

Shikamaru- You guys are going on a date and you guys are dating

Sakura- Yep we are!

Kiba- Looks like you've found someone knew. Someone who wouldn't abandon you

Naruto-Yeah....

Ino- Come on let's not talk about the past. Let's just go. Good luck on your date you two! I hope nothing will happen that will disturb your date!

The group started walking away. Sasuke stared at the screen with anger and hatred. he hates what's happening in the screen, what's happening in the Leaf village.

"Tch. Nothing will my a**." said Sasuke biting his finger summoning a few snakes.

"What are you doing Sasuke-kun?" asked Orochimaru amused by what's happening.

Orochimaru might have asked but everyone in the room knows what's happening. Sasuke was jealous.

"What does it looks like? I'm summoning snakes to disturb their date." replied Sasuke not thinking about what he says.

"Hm. Could it be that you're jealous and still in love with Naruto-kun?" asked Orochimaru.

Sasuke's eyes widening. 'I never thought it that way. Am I? That's the only way to explain this anger and hatred I'm feeling towards Sakura and the idea of them being lovers. It's because I'm jealous, no no no, I am NOT jealous. I'm the one who cut all ties with him. I shouldn't be feeling this way. I made the decision myself. I don't know anymore....................................
What's wrong with me?......'  thought Sasuke.
