His eyes shine again(Book 2)

Chapter 10- Mission

Sakusa and Naruto spend the rest of the day hanging out with each other, the two just walked around the village and talked as they move around the village. It was mostly about Sakusa asking Naruto things though. Naruto was really surprised when he realized that Sakusa understood things about him and knows things by using clues around them, for example, he knew that Naruto loved ramen because he talked about it a lot which was obvious and how he knew Naruto loved the colour orange, that was also quite obvious though. It's probably because Naruto is dense so he thinks that though. What really kept Naruto wondering, was the way Sakusa talked to Sakura earlier saying things like 'Naruto would be better with me' or 'It's better that he hangs out with me' or something like that.

"Hey Sakusa." said Naruto stopping in his tracks, the two of them are now in the forest.

"Yeah?" replied Sakusa also stopping.

"Wanna have a spar? I wanna see how strong you are." said Naruto.

"Sorry I'm too tired to have a spar." answered Sakusa.

"Eh? Why are you tired? We've just been chatting all day and walking around." asked Naruto.

"Because I was fighting someone yesterday. I just came back this morning so I'm tired. I chose to hang out with you instead or resting. Plus, we have a mission tomorrow to deliver a scroll including materials to the Hidden Cloud and that's a pretty long trip. Also, if I'm fighting you I wanna go all out so it's more fun." answered Sakusa.

"You were fighting yesterday?" said Naruto.

"Yeah I was." replied Sakusa.

"With who?" asked Naruto.

"It doesn't matter. I don't even think I'm suppose to tell you that either. Oops I said that aloud didn't I Naruto?" said Sakusa.

"Why are you not suppose to tell me?" asked Naruto.

"Because it was a mission. I guess I can't tell you to forget it since you've already heard what I said." said Sakusa sighing.

"You look kind of down now. I'll forget it so don't get upset. I don't like seeing people sad." said Naruto.

"You don't?" questioned Sakusa.

"No. I wanna be the Hokage one day and make my people happy. I don't like seeing people sad either." answered Naruto.

"I see." said Sakusa.

"So I'll pretend you didn't tell me about your fighting mission yesterday so you won't get in trouble with baa-chan." said Naruto.

"Don't worry, I probably won't get in trouble. As long as you don't find out who I was fighting with." said Sakusa.

"You sure you won't?" questioned Naruto feeling a little guilty and thinking if he didn't ask, his new teammate might not get in trouble.

"Yeah I'll be fine." ressured Sakusa ruffling Naruto's hair gently.

Naruto's eyes widened at Sakusa's soft touch.

"I got to go home now. I need to get ready for tomorrow's mission." said Naruto grabbing Sakusa's hand off his head.

"Alright bye. If you ever consider breaking up with bubblegum banshee tell me but, if you truly love her then I'll gladly accept defeat. Remember if you do break up tell me!" said Sakusa.

Time skip the next morning*

It's the next morning, a cloaked figured entered the Hokage office where Tsunade was doing her paper work. Her assistant Shizune wasn't there and there weren't any Anbus there either. It was just Tsunade and the cloaked figure in the Hokage office. Tsunade felt somronr's presence but did not attack them or get shocked like she was expecting them to come to her office.

"Tsunade-sama." said the cloaked figure who had their hood on.

The voice belonged to a male by the tone of the voice.

"You've came. Since you came back this morning it means that you've complete the mission I gave to your right?" asked Tsunade.

"Yes Tsunade-sama." replied the cloaked figure.

"You can take your hood off you know. There's no one here except you and me." said Tsunade.

The cloak figure took their hood off and it revealed.................Sakusa.

"So is he dead?" asked Tsunade.

"I believe he is. I brought the body and there's no pulse but it would be a trick." replied Sakusa taking a body covered up by a cloth from a scroll.

"Good. I'll get Inoichi to transfer his memories to you. After that we'll dump the body out of Konoha. We'll just have to hope that he's already dead after that because he'll still have his memories, you'll just have a replica of them in your brain. After the memories are transferred you'll start to see them and it'll feel like they are your own." explained Tsunade.

"Alright Tsunade I am ready." said Sakusa.

Time skip*

Inoichi transferred the memories of the male over to Sakusa then he left.

"Tsunade-sama I need to get home to get my stuff now. My team will be over soon. Excuse me." said Sakusa.

"Wait." said a voice.

"Lord third." greeted Tsunade and Sakusa.

"Hello. I got a mission for you." said Hiruzen looking at Sakusa.

"Yes sir." said Sakusa.
