His eyes shine again(Book 2)

Chapter 11- Similarities

Team 7 gathered inside the Hokage office ready to receive their mission. Kakashi was the last one to arrive like usual, it's nothing surprising or different from other times except when they had the team fun day which the senseis dragged Kakashi to come early by his ear. That was the only time he was early.

"You guys are all here." said Kakashi.

"Of course we are. Plus if we did get here late, no one would be later than you Kakashi-sensei." said Sakura who was standing next to Naruto.

"You're making it sound like i'm always late." said Kakashi.

'You are.'  thought everyone sweat dropping.

"Anyways, we're here for our mission not for talking about Kakashi-senpai's habits of being late." said Yamato.

"We can always talk about it during the trip." said Sai smiling.

"That's not helping Sai. We'll hear them talk about it the whole mission because of how many times Kakashi-senpai was late." said Yamato.

"Yeah. I'd rather hear Naruto's voice." commented Sakusa who was also standing next to Naruto.

"I agree with that but he's my lover not yours Sakusa." said Sakura.

"Maybe right now banshee." replied Sakusa.

"You little-SILENCE!" interrupted Tsunade getting up from her seat and slamming her fist on her desk.

All the attention turned to Tsunade who sat back down. 

"Sorry Tsunade-sama/Hokage-sama/baa-chan." said Team 7.

"Hokage-sama we are ready to receive our mission." said Kakashi.

Tsunade opened her desk draw and took out a scroll then she out it on her desk.

"What's that baa-chan?" asked Naruto.

"Team 7, your mission today is to deliver this scroll to the Hidden Cloud village. Inside this scroll is materials and items that we are trading with the Hidden Cloud. Get the scroll that we are trading for from them and immediately return to Konoha." instructed Tsunade.

"Yosh, that sounds like an easy mission." said Naruto.

"It might sound like it but it's not actually as easy as it sounds Naruto-kun." said Sai.

"How is it not as easy as it sounds? Isn't it just delivering a scroll? If you're talking about the travelling part then we'll definitely be fine since we've traveled outside the village before. There's nothing to worry about." said Naruto.

"That's not it Naruto-kun." said Sai.

"How?" asked Naruto.

"Travelling out the village means that we do not have protection so we could get attacked by other villages or rouge nins. They would want to steal our scrolls and items on the way to know our plans or take our valuable objects. It's like how we got attacked by Momochi Zabuza and his son Haku on our first C-mission that turned out to be at least a B-rank mission." explained Sakusa before Sai could answer.

"That makes sense." said Naruto.

"No it does not!" said Sakura.

"How does it not miss banshee?" asked Sakusa provoking Sakura.

"How did you know that we were attacked by Momochi Zabuza and Haku on our first C-rank mission? Why did you say we instead of just us since you weren't there?" asked Sakura.

"Because the mission was reported in the files and since I was already getting use to being in Team 7, I forgot that I wasn't even there that time." explained Sakusa.

"Anyways let's just go do our mission now. Everyone meet at the gate in 15 minutes." said Kakashi.

Everyone left then before Sakusa left, Tsunade said.

"That was quite close wasn't it?" 

"It was. But I am apart of Team 7. Tch." replied Sakusa.

"The memories already feeling like they're yours right?" asked Tsunade.

"Yeah. They already feel like they are my own." answered Sakusa.

"It'll probably just add to your attitude/personality or more blood lust when something happens.......to him." said Tsunade.

"Yeah. I got to go now." said Sakusa then he left the room.

Time skip*

During the mission, everyone in Team 7 except for Naruto who was oblivious realized that Sakusa was quite similar to their ex-teammate Uchiha Sasuke. Sakusa would care about the blue eyes blondie a lot and, sometimes it would even turn to possessiveness which happened a lot when Sasuke was there. When they said it was break time Sakusa pulled out a tomato from his backpack and ate it, Sasuke loved eating tomatoes a lot. Sakusa would be looking into Naruto's eye a few times with the corner of his eye and would sometimes sigh, which was caught by everyone except for the oblivious blond. Everyone in Team 7 also knows how much Sasuke loved Naruto's blue eyes, they also knew that when everything was fine Sasuke hated seeing Naruto's eyes get dull even if it was a little bit because he said, 'Your eyes are filed with hope, they make people happy and they sparkle more when your bright smile could be seen on your face so, smile and be happy.' or something like that. It would always make Naruto happy. There were other things that Sakusa did that reminded them of the Uchiha Sasuke(I have a habit of calling Sasuke, Uchiha duck butt and I nearly typed Uchiha duck butt instead of Uchiha Sasuke) who was once in their team.

Sakusa heard a bit of ruffling in the trees so he looked around with his eyeballs not moving his head to not show the enemy that he has noticed them. He immediately went to Naruto who was the first one to come in his mind for some reason then whispered in his ear,

"There are enemies watching us. Be careful Naruto."

Naruto nodded his head telling Sasuke he heard Sasuke then they both continued walking with the rest of the team with their guard up being cautious of the enemy.
