Chapter 16- Break up? Arguments in a relationship

Naruto started walking to the forest outside Konoha where Sakura asked him to meet up because she wanted to talk with him. When he was hanging out with Gaara, Sakusa and the others, Ino told him that Sakura wanted him to see her at the forest right outside Konoha because she wants to talk with him about something when they ran into her. Naruto kept walking to the forest outside Konoha thinking, 'I wonder what Sakura-chan wants to talk with me about. Maybe she wants to go on a date or she needs help with something? Maybe training or getting something like bandages or ingredients to make soldier pills?'  thought Naruto.

Naruto arrived at the the forest outside Konoha and looked around for Sakura. Then, he saw her pink bubblegum hair and ran towards her.

"Sakura-chan! I'm here like you asked. What did you want to talk with me about? Do you need help training? Do you need me to get you something? Maybe ninja tools or ingredients?" asked Naruto.

"No Naruto, I don't need help with those things. I didn't call you here because I wanted to ask you for help." said Sakura.

"Then what did you want to talk about then Sakura-chan? I was hanging out with Gaara and Sakusa." asked Naruto curious of what his girlfriend wanted to talk to him about.

"Well, I wanna talk about our relationship and stuff." answered Sakura.

"Huh? is there something wrong about our relationship Sakura?" questioned Naruto.

"Well no.....yes. Well, it's just what's happening to our relationship Naruto?" asked Sakura.

"What do you mean by that Sakura-chan?" asked Naruto.

"Well we're lovers right?" asked Sakura.

"Yeah we are." replied Naruto.

"Then, shouldn't we spend more time with each other and stuff?" said Sakura.

"Do we not spend enough time with each other everyday completing missions together on the same team?" asked Naruto.

"But you always spend time with that Sakusa guy!" said Sakura jealous.

"But we're on the same team as him I can't not spend time with him if he's on the same team as me." said Naruto.

"That's not my point Naruto." said Sakura.

"Then what is?" questioned Naruto.

"What I'm trying to say is you hang out more with him than with me even though I'm your lover!" said Sakura sounding annoyed because Naruto didn't get her the first time.

"But there's nothing wrong with that Sakura-chan. It has nothing to do with our relationship because I'm hanging out with someone." said Naruto.

"Are you plain dumb or are you avoiding it because you love him? He's clearly flirting with you and saying that you're better off with him than me Naruto! You're gonna let him say that to your lover? To your girlfriend? To me!? Naruto, we're dating and I said that I'll heal your wounds created by Sasuke but you're honestly making it hard for me to do it." said Sakura.

"Maybe I am dumb! No I am dumb, you know that and others do to. I admit that so what? That's me. Also you saying that you're healing my wounds is half true and half a lie, you made me happy for a bit but what's with you flirting with Kankuro when he came!? I know he didn't know so it's not his fault but don't you think I didn't realize it. You did the opposite of what you said you'd do, You created more wounds, I truly still had feelings for you Sakura-chan. Is what you say really true or are you just using my feelings as an advantage to your game?" asked Naruto.

"I-I, it's true I've done that but I have a reason Naruto and I won't deny it." said Sakura.

"What's your reason then?" asked Naruto.

"You've been hanging out with Sakusa so much not giving me the attention I need and it makes me feel neglected. Seriously, are you blind or what? Can you not see that he's flirting all over you? I said this before in this argument Naruto, he's flirting with you because he like you." said Sakura.

"You're right! If you haven't noticed I am blind, I was always blind when I couldn't see what was wrong with everything. Happy ever after with someone that loves you and cherish isn't real if you can't truly understand each other. So what? Sakusa flirting with me so what? He's not actually really ruining the relationship, he's not forcing us to break up and even though he's flirting with me, at least he understands me and waits patiently if we ever breaks up. " said Naruto.

"He is ruining this relationship! How many times am I going to have to say this Naruto!? He's flirting with you to make you break up with me. He's not waiting patiently he's doing it to break us up!" argued Sakura.

"He's probably just joking around but if he's not, I would probably break up with you right now and go out with him immediately Sakura-chan. Do you know what he said to me? He said 'If you ever consider breaking up with bubblegum banshee tell me but, if you truly love her then I'll gladly accept defeat.' that's what he said. He understands and even though he flirts and acts like he's trying to break us up right now, he considers my feelings and is patient with me and not his selfishness. He's not like you wanting attention to come automatically, he works hard for someone's attention protecting them from enemies and making them happy. He's honest and patient with things, he doesn't want to rush things like you Sakura-chan." said Naruto.

"So you're really going to choose Sakusa over me!? You've been chasing me for years when we were little then a random guy shows up and you like him but not me!? You're falling for him because of a few words that he says but you don't trust me." said Sakura.

"Yeah so what Sakura-chan? I was chasing after you when we were younger and I still had feelings for you but you lied, you lied to me. You didn't truly undertsnad me like Sakusa did, you said you'll heal my wounds but instead created some. You're not patient with me like how Sakusa is, sometimes you make me feel like you were just playing with me." said Naruto a few tears falling down his face.

"You know what!? Break up. It's over. Bye Naruto." said Sakura then she walked away.

For the people that don't like to ship Narusaku or even hate that ship, you probably enjoyed this chapter because now they're not together anymore. If you wanted the ship to continue for a bit longer, I'm sorry. If you don't care then ok. As usual I hope you like the chapter, you probably didn't because Naruto cried a bit at the end and no one likes that.
