~Kura's POV~

Just right after saying those words, she made a hasty leap and attacked me again by aiming the steel pole in my head. My skull would've been crushed if I wasn't attentive enough to lift my swords up.

But because of my attempt to protect my head, it's too late for me to realize that my lower body is open, enabling her to kick my stomach in full force.

The impact of her kick can throw me more than 30 feet away, if not for a tree that kept me from accelerating backwards.

I trembled and gasped for air as I tried my best to hold in the dinner I just ate, but failed. Her kick caused my insides to violently quake and I couldn't help but vomit what's heaping up to my throat.

She's too strong, she doesn't even need a weapon to cause fatal damages. This girl..Who is she?

She walked slowly towards me while I struggle for air, caused by my violent coughing. I then felt a cold steel lifting my chin up to face her.

As soon as I met her gaze I realized why she's too familiar.. Those crimson eyes, I've seen them on Sarah once!

Her eyes screams out murder, though her face showed a hint of irritation, perhaps because of the recognition I held in my eyes.

She slightly shuddered then dropped the pole. Her face showed restraint as if she's drunk and is fighting the urge to sleep.

"You've gotta be kidding me." she muttered between gritted teeth then her knees wobble until she collapsed completely against the ground.

Im still shaking because of the attack I received earlier but I managed to stand with the tree behind me as the support.

I peered in to her wondering what could've happened and to my surprise, she emitted a silvery glow while some unfamiliar letters, probably ancient scripts, are floating around her body.

The glow and the letters fade, but my astonishment haven't. My mouth gaped as I realized, the red-haired girl is no more a red-head. She's now a completely different person.

Lavender-haired, pale-skinned, and a heart-shaped face as peaceful as one who's in deep sleep.

I blinked twice and shoved my bewilderment away. She's dangerous. Even if I can buy my time to escape, I could tell that she'll still persist to pursue and kill me in the end.

I held one of my swords and lifted it above her heart. Should I kill her? My whole body shook at the thought, causing my lifted hands to tremble.

At this point, I could either kill or be killed, but I never considered killing anyone who's not a spider...

If I give her my ID number will she still kill me? I based the possibility on how vicious she was, but the risk of still being killed by her is higher.

I can't die, not without wiping the spiders out. I clenched my teeth in fury that my eyes turned scarlet once more. I held on the sword tighter. I've already decided to do whatever it takes to find the spider, even if it means getting rid of any hindrance.

I was too absorbed in deciding that I didn't notice that her eyes opened and she immediately pinned me to the ground.

She held both my hands against the ground, while some of her hair fell to my neck as she peered to my face blankly. Her cat-like eyes, perhaps the coldest eyes I've seen, are lilac coloured.

We remained unmoving for 10 long seconds. I tried to break free but the state of my stomach isn't helping.

"Why were you trying to kill me?" she questioned unblinking in a monotone voice.
