XII. The Healer

~Aira's POV~

I clenched my left fist and placed it into my chest as I let out silent sobs. Aki-chan shut herself into the other room. She's never been this mad at me.

Others could say that she's always full or rage. Truth is, she's just a passionate being. But right now, I know that gave her a real reason to be upset. I didn't mean to, but me shoving her away is like a big slap on her face.

I could still hear the heavy breathing of Lolita before me. I contained my crying for a moment and looked at the others.

"Water." I said with voice wet with tears, I could see more puzzled faces than before.

"Huh?" Most of them reacted.

"Please hand me my water bag." I politely asked.

With question still written on his face, Gon grabbed the water bag attached to my satchel. He hooked his rod on its handle and aimed it on me.

"Here!" He said before swaying the rod. His aim was precise that the bag landed on my ready hand.

"Thanks!" I chirped forcing a smile which probably looked more like a wince.

I opened the lid with my teeth and drank some amount then put the remaining liquid in my mouth to my non injured palm. I concentrated my élan on it so it glowed and floated into droplets of bluish vapors.

I call these élanized vapours my healing mists. I let these small particles find their own way on Lolita's fresh wounds letting them do their wonder.

Just in a short while, Lolita sat up and tried to avoid me by crawling backwards.

"I-i surrender! Please! Please don't kill me!" She shouted as terror remained plastered to her bloodstained face.

A needle punctured my heart seeing how she sees me now. I stood biting my lowerlip as I try to hold back more tears and silently walked back to where the others were.

Gon, Leo-san, Mr.Tompa gathered around me. Even Kura-san stood up and walked near us.

"Are you alright?" It was Gon who asked first.

"Un."I nodded with eyes still on the floor.

"You miraculously healed her. How did you do that?" It was Mr.Tompa this time.

"Shut it! Its not the time to asks such questions! She obviously needs rest." Leo-san scolded glaring at Mr.Tompa before turning to me once more. "Are you sure you're fine? How about your head? Are you feeling any dizziness?"

I shook my head. "I'll heal in no time, I just need some time (alone)... Thanks minna for worrying about me." I bowed then sat on the corner and hugged myself into a sitting fetus position.

I heard someone come closer before I hear Kura-san's voice. "Let her Gon, I don't think she want anyone's company right now."

"She'll be fine, I'll go now." Killua-kun dismissed them in his bored tone.

~Killu's POV~

Tsk. This girl got everyone all concerned about her. Well maybe not everyone because the thin man Mr.Z beside me looked rather delighted all throughout her battle.

Can't really blame him though. It really was an entertainment for an outsiders view. I mean, if you didn't have anything to do with her.

Well, am I entertained?

Definitely! Watching her running for her life? Then all of a sudden, went crazy to the extent where she flaunted her sadistic side? Who wouldn't be? That's why I guess I'm starting to like this girl... Not.
