It was time for the class I was beginning to dread the most.
Biology.
This is my first class of the day with Gray~Sama- I mean Gray.
I've been trying to quit my habit of calling him Gray~Sama so that I don't make Lyon mad. It slips out a few times but I'm working on it.
We got into our groups to continue our project. The hydrosphere is my part of the project if I remember correctly. I take out my binder with my notes scribbled on, and take a look.
I had a diorama-like drawing in my notes. I remembered where I was going with this, and got my laptop out. I typed in 'Hydrosphere facts and animals' and began my search. Fifteen minutes later I had my data. I made a list of possible marine and ice animals, and handed them to Gray so he could choose a few to include in the project. He handed the list back a few minutes later and this is what I saw:
Whale
Arctic Wolf ✔️
Dolphin
Sea Turtle ✔️
Polar Bear ✔️
Seahorse
Coral Reefs ✔️
Crabs / Lobsters
Clownfish
Electric Eels
Walrus
Penguins ✔️
Starfish
Algae
Huskies
He had picked out five plants and animals for us to do. I nodded to show I agreed with his choice, and decided to search up a few pictures of them. Honestly, I was kind of hoping he would have chosen huskies, but we could only do five organisms in the biosphere as far as I knew. Gray got out of his chair and went up to the teacher, probably to ask a question. The teacher nodded at something he said and he came back and sat back down.
"Teach said that we can choose another off of the list if we want. You can choose the sixth." He said. I looked at him surprised and nodded.
I guess we can do huskies after all, I thought as I checked it off.
I resumed scrolling through pictures. At the end of class, I had chosen my pictures of each animal and plant, and a picture of each animal's egg or baby too. I have to admit, most of the time I was just looking at pictures of huskies. They're so cute so it's hard not to get sidetracked!!
Gray handed me his project papers and packed up his things. We had already decided that I would take our research home, since he had sisters and he could easily lose them or forget them. We had also remembered that his door had a broken lock, so his dog named North could get in and mess the papers up if he took them home. On the other hand, my dog Aqua was well behaved, plus my door had a working lock.
I had lunch next, so I decided to go to the library and look over his papers for any mistakes, and possibly start working on the set for our diorama.
I quickly bought a sandwich and water from the cafeteria and hurried to the library with my textbook and papers in hand and sandwich in mouth. Not the safest way but it worked for now. I quietly walked into the library and acknowledged the librarian, Miss Mirajane. She was sorting some records and books from a ladder.
I walked to an empty table, which there were many of because it was like a ghost town in here, and set everything down, while swallowing my lunch. I grabbed a book on marine life and sat down, opening my laptop away from my water, just in case. I opened the book to the polar bear section and opened a tab to a website for facts on arctic wolves. I looked at the first two sections of notes on Gray's research papers.
Polar Bears: Found in the arctic or other freezing places. Often mistaken for being white, a polar bear's coat is actually transparent, making it seem white because of it's snowy habitat.
I checked the text book and it was accurate information. I then checked the arctic wolf section.
Arctic Wolves: Found in the tundra. Carnivorous. They travel in a pack of six or more. Polar bears are their only animal predators.
I checked the rest of the information and it seems he got all accurate information. It helped that he included the sources and where he got them. Most of the sources were websites, and a couple were in the textbook, which I also had to borrow from the library. I put the books back and reorganized the papers, putting them into my bag which I had brought with me. I was bored of doing work, plus this was my break time after all. I decided to go on my favorite app, Wattpad. I checked my latest story, which had over 300 views so far. It was a work in progress, and I was extremely happy that it had a lot of reads. Lucy and Levy had shown me this app, and I'm officially hooked. Now I know why Lucy loves writing so much. It's very enjoyable.
My latest story however, replaced my happiness with sadness. You could say that it was a fiction book. That's how other people look at it. But everything that is written except for the names and places is true. This is a horrible nonfiction book about a girl who is forced to break up with her loving boyfriend because a boy in her school loves her and won't let anyone else have her. And, as you can probably guess, this is MY story. I had to change up the plot a little, and take out some of the more lifelike imagery to make it seem like just a story, but it was generally the same. This is how I find closure. I'm admitting everything in public under a fake name, and it helps me deal with what is really happening. Lyon's rules never said I couldn't do this, and I have two different accounts. One that my friends know of, and this one. They don't know that this account even exists. If anyone that I am close to knew that I had this account, and read this story, Lyon can be exposed and Jamie can get seriously hurt. This is why I have a password on my laptop. No one knows it, not even my parents. It's not something that can be easily figured out either. I was for once being smart about something. I heard someone come in, so I immediately closed my Wattpad tab and clicked my YouTube icon. I turned around to see Lucy and Levy.
