it was around noon when i got in my car and drove to billy's i knocked on his door "hello nova" i smiled "hey billy" "what brings you here today" "i was hoping i could talk to you about something" he looks confused "and that would be?" i open my mouth but before i could answer i saw my brother and the boys "hold that thought" i ran into the back yard where they were "em!" i shouted and got everyone's attention "i need to talk to you for a second" he sighs "can it wait" i gave him a blank look "no" "look nov i really don't have the time" i scoff "oh i think your gonna make time because what i have to tell you is important" "omg nov-" i got irritated so i grasped his shoulders "EMBRY ANTHONY CALL LISTEN TO ME!" he goes silent and looks at me while the others were shocked and amused i take a deep breathe "i know. i know what you-" i was trying to say but got it off by a voice yelling "what did you do?!" i spin around to see bella marching towards us "what did you do!?" she asks again and shoves sam "hey" jared yells out "easy" sam backs him off "he didn't want this!" bella yells i grab her arm to pull her back "bella go home" she ignores me "what did we do? what did he do what did he tell you?" paul asks and i couldn't help but examine his features with his smug smile,brown doe eyes,and *cough cough* perfectly chiseled chest (a/n:cringe😂)i was snapped out of my trance by bella "nothing! he tells me nothing because he's scared of you!" she yells they start laughing and i had to bite my lip from laughing too i tried one more time "bella" i spoke louder and she turned to me "let's go. you don't know what your doing" she scoffs and pushed me off her and i stumble back onto my ass i see paul immediately stop laughing and starts shaking and i quickly get up but apparently bella was still irritated and i don't know if i should be proud for her making my theory correct or should smack the shit out of her for making my theory correct she smacked paul so hard i don't know how she didn't break her hand but the next thing i saw amazed and terrified me he turned into a silver wolf HA! i was right i knew it! i mentally praised myself.too lost in my thoughts,i hadn't noticed i was just standing there until bella grabbed my arm and started running "bella!,nova!" i look up to the voice of jake "run! jake run!" she screamed still dragging me but of course he went against her wishes and turned into a light brown one and leaped over us bella fell on her ass while i was just standing there slightly smirking and watching the two wolfs fighting in amusement "you two take them back to emily's place" sam calls out emily? who is that? i thought "guess the wolfs outta the bag" i hear my brother say i snickered lightly as he offered a hand to bella jared turned to me "i'm confused on how your aren't freaking out" they all three look at me "welllll before bella showed up what i was trying to tell you guys is that i knew what you were" i heard 'oouuhh'"s come from the two boys as bella was too shooken up to talk

"because they're fast" i finish for her "emily giggles "yeah?"jared jokingly gets in my face "well we're faster! freaked out yet?" bella shakes her head "your not the first monsters i've met" "awwww trying to act all tough but your a fluffy ball of fur"i say with a pout in a baby voice while ruffling my brothers hair and they all laugh "jakes right.you're good with weird" sam says coming through the door and chuckling at me and walking over to emily and pecking her lips and over her scars while she giggles and i just stare at them longing for that-even though i would never admit that out loud while bella stares at them wishing edward would just come back she turns her eyes at me and i give her a sympathetic smile and she gives a small one in return. our moment was ruined by jacob and paul coming in the door joking and shoving each other like nothing happened i slightly roll my eyes paul takes a seat next to me not before staring for a few seconds and turns to bella "sorry" he says a half ass apology and a smirks her attention went to jake and he slightly nods his head out the door and she starts to go "uh-wha-?" she turns to me "sorry" she gives a smile smile "your fine plus you have your brother" i gape at her "yeah my brother and two idiots" i hear faint 'heys' but i just shrug she laughs slightly and walks out the door i cross my arms and pout slightly "awww is the wittle gurl sad bwecause her fwiend left her" embry mocks me from earlier and i just scowl at him "yeahhh it's cuter when i do it" "so what were you going to say before...that happened?" my head turned to sam "oh well before that happened" my eyes go to paul for a second then back to sam "i was gonna say i knew what you guys were" he gives me a curious look "how?" "well i just put the pieces together like how people were talking about you and then jared then paul then i studied their appearance,more muscle,same tattoo and i guess anger when it came to my brother and jake and then when me and bella went to jakes house in the rain i noticed he went missing for a few weeks then came back with muscles,changed body temperature,and same tattoo and that day on the field,5 wolves,5 guys then i saw you-the black one and how everyone seemed to be following you and then i was brought back to billy's 'legends' and put everything together" i finish and they all stare at me in amazement "your smart you know that" sam grins at me i smirk and turn to my brother,wiggling my brows he just throws a muffin at me (which i catch and eat) i turn to look at paul who was already looking at me i look into his eyes before turning away feeling heat rise to my cheeks he clears his throat "hey take a walk with me real quick?" i nod standing up. sam looks at paul with a knowing look,embry looks like he's about to explode with grumpiness,emily has a bright smile,and jared's just looking at us with a smirk i ignore them and walk with paul. after walking with him for a few minutes he speaks up "i'm sorry" i furrow my brows "what for?" "for umm exploding i guess.if i scared you,and almost hurting bella" "it's alright bella shouldn't of slapped you and honestly i thought it was kind of amazing" paul looks at me like i just bought him a candy store "are you serious?" "if it's alright i could give her a ride home?" paul suggests "sure" i shrug "i'll see you later bells ok?" "okay" she says and gives me a side hug. the ride to my house was silent but comfortable silent with only the radio playing.once we get there we hop out and walk to my porch "uhhh thank you for driving me home" i say "no problem anything you need" he grins and there was a pause i clear my throat "well i should be going in now" i say walking backwards to the door "oh um rightttt yeah" he says with disappointment in his voice i go to walk inside but turn around and go to give him a kiss on the cheek when i pull away i see a tiny of pink being replaced by lips i smile at him and walk inside my house shutting the door behind me.
