me and jake stood in the middle of the woods,well me kinda hobbling,i had to hold onto jake for some of the trip because i got too weak

"jake! nova!" a voice panted,seth and leah broke through branches "they're coming!"

"we know" jakes turned to them

"we should phase you two,we can't protect ourselves like this" leah said

i shook my head "no,they'll see it as a threat"

"we wanna talk!,be easier if we could hear you too!" jake yelled and out came jared and paul, i felt myself take in a breath,it felt relieving to see him again,he also looked a little more pale,and had slight bags under his eyes,informing me that he also had trouble sleeping

"this isn't your territory anymore" he spoke,sending shivers down my spine,our eyes locked for a second,he looked at me with sadness,seeing as i was in the same state as him,practically leaning all my support into jake,he turned back to jacob,his face going back to neutral "how's the new family working out?"

"you done?" jake asked impatiently,quil and embry joined jared and paul,i could feel my brother's eyes drilling holes into me but i ignored him

"you coming home jake? nova?" quil asked

"not until we finish this" i spoke for both of us

"what do you mean?" paul asked me

"i want sam to take back leah and seth...and nova" i pushed off of jake,stumbling slightly and looked at him in shock

'i wasn't part of the plan'

"what?!"

"no way!"

the siblings yelled

"quiet" jake looked back at them again

"jake" i whispered and shook my head "i can't-"

"you're dying" he said worriedly "and i don't know how much longer you'll last,you sometimes can't even stand without getting a headache or feeling like you're gonna pass out"

i could tell paul wanted me over because he looked at me anxiously and was slightly bouncing on his heels "i want them safe and i want this over,i need sam to wait until bella's been separated from the problem"

"you mean till she's dead" paul clenched his jaw "p

"ease up paul" embry looked at paul and they had a short 'staring contest' before paul looked back towards us

"then what?"

"tell sam that when the moment comes,i'll be the one to destroy it"

"jake!" seth said in sadness/shock

"i'm the only one who can,they trust me"

we heard wolves howl a little ways away and me and jake smirked slightly,it worked

"you played us?!" paul said looking at jake in anger and me in betrayal before he walked away,sending me one last glance,the rest following after him

"thank you" edward thanks us as we walk into the house

"they make it out alright?" i ask in worry

"yeah" he nodded,rose and alice helped bella up from a chair as she smiled at us when we walked in
