Daphne stopped studying a couple minutes ago and went into the bathroom. I leave her a note.
"Will be back soon, don't wait for me. Good night"
I know I couldn't sleep anyways so I head to the common room. It was empty and I really enjoyed this whole underwater thing. It's really cool to see the creatures of the lake trough the windows. It's kind of creepy but I like black and darkness, while I'm watching the creatures in the moonlight I'm lost in my thoughts.
I want to know what's wrong with Flint, why is he always so close to me. I don't like him. But I really like Adrian, he's cute and really nice. Next time when I see him I'll ask him about the Quidditch match.
And Oliver he looks really friendly I'd like to get close with him, I'm really glad that he got Marcus away from me he's disgusting. I hear the sound of the door and loud footsteps coming down the staircase, I really hope it isn't Flint again. Pucey or Wood would be nice but what could they possibly do out so late.
When I turn around, we lock eyes and I know who he is. My eyes wander down to his hands which are clenched to fists. His veins are popping out his skin and I really find this attractive. Without thinking my mouth opens and I know that I don't want to say something actually but I can't hold it in.
"Malfoy? Would you mind to wait a second?" He gives me a confused look and before I can get up to get to him, he sits down beside me. Between us is much space nearly for two people.
"What is it Greengrass?"he says annoyed
"First of all thank you for stopping by and secondly- I'm Isabel" I don't know what I thought but I had to know his forename.
"Yeah okay, you already know I'm Malfoy. Anything else?"
I really don't know why he is like that and while I didn't answer him he was already getting up again.
" stop, please? You can call me Izzy, no please call me Izzy I hate Isabel. And- you remember Snapes task for you or - us?"
"Yeah what is up with it? Bloody hell, I'm Malfoy-" he pauses so long way too long for me to think that he will continue.
"-Draco Malfoy."
"I like that name. Anyways I wanted to say sorry that I wasn't very nice but yeah I don't like people treating me like a baby. You think it's possible that you show me around" I was really too nervous while asking this question, but for my surprise he gets up grabs my wrist and pulls me to the staircase.
"Now?" I ask in disbelief
"I'll show you one place, now" his tone was demanding and I don't know if he was serious or if he would burst out laughing every second.
But we kept going. We are walking quite a while now and we take so many staircases up till now I've counted seven. The walk was wordless but I wasn't mad about this I probably wouldn't have had oxygen left in my lungs to talk anyway.
"Last staircase, walk carefully it's not that big" Draco says rather quiet.
We had to be quiet because it was the middle of the night. Everything was dark and it's way after curfew if someone would catch us we'd have detention for at least two weeks. I follow him upstairs, arrived upstairs it was getting colder.
"It's the astronomy tower, it's rather rare that somebody is up here. I kind of like this place, it's quiet and dark. And no one is around to get me on my nerves" Draco says his voice is calm now as if this places changed his mood within seconds.
"Thank you for bringing me here Malfoy, really I appreciate it."
"So we're on to second name base again? Alright Greengrass." He sounds upset now, and I really have to ask myself why I called him that.
