Alejandro pulled Kairi closer, letting his hands rest on the small of his back. They swayed slowly to the soft music playing in Kairi's bedroom.
K: Ale?
A: Yeah babe?
K: Kiss me like you would on our wedding day.
Alejandro paused for a moment, thinking on Kairis request.
He stepped back slightly, trying to picture Kairi on their wedding day.
A: Ok. Well, we'd be standing like this.
Alejandro stepped back slightly, holding Kairi's hands in between them. They stared at each other for a moment then Kairi felt Alejandro's hands on the sides of his face; gently cupping his cheek and tangling into his fluffy hair.
He tilted Kairis head to the side, pulling him in slowly.
When their lips met, it felt like they were actually getting married.
It was slow and sweet, they each closed their eyes as they fully enjoyed the moment.
Alejandro pulled away slightly only to instantly reconnect their lips. Kairi felt actual butterflies in his stomach as Alejandro held him close and demonstrated their love for each other through this simple action.
They broke apart slowly, each opening their eyes to see the other staring with pure love and adoration. Kairi was out of breath but smiling widely, Alejandro had his own small smile that made Kairi melt impossibly more.
A: How was that?
K: It was perfect.
Alejandro smiled He kissed Kairi on the forehead before peppering light kisses all over his face; making the shorter of the two giggle quietly.
Alejandro picked Kairi up and gently lay him back on the bed, crawling up beside him. He lay down and Kairi instantly crawled on top of him, laying his head on his chest.
A: Were gonna get married one day.
The way he stated it with so much certainty made Kairi feel whole. He felt so loved and wanted and in that exact moment he never wanted anything to change.
Alejandro wrapped his arms around Kairis waist again, leaving the wasian to draw small circles and heart shaped on the backs of his hands.
K: We are?
A: Yes. You're it for me Kairi. I'm done searching. You're the love of my life and I can't wait till the day I can stand at the alter and say that in front of our families and friends.
Kairi looked up at his boyfriend, almost feeling tears in eyes from how sweet Alejandro was being.
K: I love you. I love you so much.
Alejandro smiled, kissing Kairi on the forehead again.
A: Go to sleep baby. I love you too.
Kairi closed his eyes, listening to the slow music play as he he slowly drifted to sleep, engulfed in Alejandro's embrace, exactly where he felt he was meant to be.
Alejandro watched as Kairi felt asleep, his breath evening out as he drifted off. Alejandro smiled watching his little boyfriend sleep. He meant every single word he said to the boy. Kairi was the love of his life. He loved him more than anything.
They were gonna get married one day.
