Laser blasts shot from the large Imperial II-Class Star Destroyer. As it chased after the small Alderaanian starship. On board was the princess of Alderaan, Princess Leia and her two loyal droids, C-3PO and R2D2.
"Did you hear that?" Threepio asked Artoo. The small blue and white droid replied with a sting of beeps.
"They shut down the main reactor? We'll be destroyed for sure! This is madness!!" Threepio complained. Artoo let out another string of beeps, replying to his friend's complaints.
"We're doomed! There will be no escape for the princess this time." Threepio kept complaining. Artoo also kept making strings of beeps, replying to his compaining friend.
Alderaanian rebel troops ran down hallways as the two droids fought with each other, trying to find the princess. Blasts shook the small ship, loud metallic noises echoing throughout it. Unknown to the droids, the Alderaanian ship was being captured by the larger one.
"Whats that?" The tall, golden droid asked, upon hearing the noise.
The troops took position along the sides of the hallway, blasters aiming at the closed door. The same door was practically being taken off of its hinges. It fell to the ground with a loud thump. Smoke came out from where the door now once stood. It soon began filling most of the hallway.
Stormtroopers filled the hall, running out of the smoke. Both the stormtroopers and the rebel troops began exchanging blaster fire. Many people hit the floor after being hit with the blaster fire.
Many troops, that were still alive, fell back. The stormtroopers kept pushing forward as well. Suddenly there was an explosion near the two droids from all of the laserfire.
"I should have known better than to trust the logic of a half-sized thermocapsulary dehousing assister..." Threepio exclaimed. Artoo argued with a string of angry beeps. The small war in the ship continued raging on around the two, practically helpless droids.
{Back on Tatooine}
The hot, dry heat from the twin suns settled on Luke and Jaydin. A small breeze blew past as the two were adjusting multiple valves on an old moisture vaporator. Luke looked up and grabbed a pair of binoculars, clearly having seen something out of the corner of his eye. Jaydin then turned her attention to the small, old, beat-up droid.
"Uh Jaydin... Hurry up!! Come with me!! What are you waiting for?! Get it in gear!" Luke explained, heading to the speeder quickly, he motioned for the two of them to follow. Jaydin looked up, slightly annoyed.
"What do you mean?" She asked, not knowing why Luke wanted them to hurry.
Suddenly smoke poured out of every joint in the small droid. It had been able to move in a tight, small circle before it had stopped short and started smoking.
Jaydin backed away as Luke showed his disgust by throwing his hands up in the air. Jaydin jumped to her feet and ran over to the speeder. Once she got in, Luke took off. The two ended up leaving the poor droid smoldering and humming.
{Back on the ship}
Both sides fired at each other blindly, as the smoke was hard to see through. A few rebel troops turned down the hallway as Artoo and Threepio started coming out of a room. Threepio looked down both sides of the hall. He moved his arms from Artoo's dome head, getting startled from the blasters being shot on either end of the hallway. He looked at the stormtroopers as smoke started to come towards them as well. Artoo let out a string of beeps but it was drowned out from all the shots from the blasters.
The two droids quickly started walking through the middle of where the stormtroopers and the rebel troops were fighting. Both somehow not getting hit at all. Threepio glanced over at the rebel fighters.
Back at the door, three more stormtroopers came in, accompanying Darth Vader. Some smoke hung around that area, moat of it being towards the ceiling of the hallway or further down from them. More stormtroopers walking behind their leader. He took a few steps then stopped, looking at the bodies, of the rebels, on the floor. Then he kept on walking.
Artoo let out a string of beeps, talking to someone. The same person that Artoo was talking to put in a small card for a message. The card entering a small opening on the blue and white droid's dome head.
"Artoo! Artoo Deetoo, where are you?" Threepio asked, walking into a small room. He glanced down both sides of the dark, narrow hallway that was connected to the room on each side. He could not see his little friend anywhere, it bewildered him.
As he was about to walk away, he heard Artoo's familar beeps. Down one of the hallways, was Artoo and the princess. Smoke hid the princess slightly. She quickly adjusted something as the small droid beeped again. The princess looked over in Threepio's direction and quickly ran behind something, still watching the two droids. The small blue and white droid turned and started heading towards the tall golden one.
"At last! Where have you been? Their heading in this direction! What are we going to do?! We'll be sent to the spice mines of Kessel or smashed into who knows what!!" The tall golden droid exclaimed dramatically. The smaller droid just replied in a small string of beeps and began heading past it's friend.
"Wait a minute! Where do you think you're going?" Threepio questioned, beginning to follow the smaller droid. Down the opposite hall, the princess watched. She took down her hood before disappearing back into her hiding space.
On the main hall, stormtroopers lead the remaining rebel fighters, guards and a few droids. Three of the stormtroopers split off and walked to their leader, who was about to kill one of the rebel fighters.
"The Death Star plans are not in the main computer." One of the stormtroopers reported.
"Where are those transmissions you intercepted? What have you done with those plans?" Darth Vader questioned. The rebel officer was now in the air, Vader having lifted him by his neck. He struggled in vain.
"We intercepted no transmissions. Ah! This is a consular ship. We're on a diplomatic mission." The rebel officer gasped, still struggling, as he tried to answer the question.
"If this is a consular ship, then were is the ambassador?" Vader questioned the rebel officer.
When he did not respond, Vader began to choke the poor officer to death. The officer struggled for a moment before going limp. Darth Vader tossed the, now dead, rebel officer against a wall. As the body hits the floor and slumps over, Vader turned to the stormtroopers.
"Commander, tear this ship apart until you have found those plans and bring me the Ambassador! I want her alive!!" He ordered to the troops. They scurried out of the room and into the smaller, side hallways.
