Obi-Wan got up, walking towards his daughter. Luke looked at Jaydin, his eyes slightly wide with concern. Han looked at the father and daughter in slight concern. Jaydin's back rose and deflated with every deep breath she took.

"Jaydin?" The elderly Jedi called to his daughter, crouching down beside her. Jaydin's hand moved blindly against the ground, seemingly searching for something to hold.

"Jaydin, are you alright?" Her father questioned, grasping her hand gently. His thumb rubbed over the back of her hand.

"Yeah..." Jaydin whispered, her breath was shaky as she flopped over to her side.

Han suddenly started walking over to the father and daughter duo. Jaydin had shifted herself into a sitting position, while her father stroked her hair softly. Both seemed to be having a conversation with just their eyes.

"Need a hand?" Han asked. Jaydin looked up at the pilot, running a hand through her long auburn hair.

Luke looked over at the sight and watched. Obi-Wan stood up from where he had crouched down. He looked at Luke and walked closer towards him. He could sense the jealousy radiating off of the farmboy.

"Thanks." Jaydin said as she took his hand. Han helped her up as Luke and Obi-Wan watched. Jaydin looked around at the floor before she found her lightsaber hilt. It had rolled across the room when she collapsed.

Her hand shot out from her side and in the direction of the lightsaber. Han, Luke and Obi-Wan watched as Jaydin brought her lightsaber back to her. Jaydin looked back at Han, an eyebrow raised.

"Believe in it now, Solo?" Jaydin asked innocently.

"I- I-" Han stuttered.

"I guess you do." Jaydin laughed, walking towards the cockpit. Obi-Wan smiled at his daughter's snarky remark. Han's eyes followed the retreating figure of the young woman.

"It's all a lot of simple tricks and nonsense." Han defended himself. Obi-Wan walked away from Luke, finding an old X-wing helmet.

"I suggest you try it again, Luke." Obi-Wan said, placing the large helmet on Luke's head, the visor closed, so it covered his blue eyes.

"This time, let go your conscious self and act on instinct." The elderly Jedi said.

{Jaydin POV}

I sat down in the pilot's seat right as I heard Luke laugh, and I could hear him say something but wasn't able to make out what it was. I sighed looking out the window beside me. The stars were white streaks in the inky, dark space. I crossed my arms over my chest.

I had heard stories of how cold space was, but I never fully knew. At least it felt better than how hot Tatooine was. I had been so wrapped up in seeing how everything looked that I didn't even notice the small, red flashing light.

"Looks like we're coming up on Alderaan." I heard Han say before hearing two sets of footsteps heading in my direction.

'Han and Chewbacca.' I thought right before they entered. Confirming my thought.

"Our scout ships have reached Dantooine. They found the remains of a rebel base, but they estimate that it has been deserted for some time. They are now conducting an extensive search of the surrounding systems." An officer spoke.

"She lied! She lied to us!" Another officer screeched.

"I told you she would never consciously betray the Rebellion." Vader spoke.
