"How'd it go?"
"What?" I asked as I looked up at Chad.
"Your visit to your mom's?"
"Oh right, it was perfect."
"Do you want to do something?"
"I'm working."
"Have I done something?"
"What?"
"You just seem off with me."
"You're imagining things." I sat up, "I'm gonna go get ready for work." I got up and headed upstairs. I shut the bedroom door and fell on the bed face first before letting out a sigh.

"Wait let me get this right, you're actually a thing now?" Trixie said loudly.
"Broadcast it to the world why don't you?" I said as I slid a drink across the bar to her.
"I'm sorry, ooh look."
"What?"
"Your fairy godmother just walked in with your girlfriend with a penis." I looked over where Trixie was staring and saw Willam and Alaska talking to Darren. Willam nodded and the two walked over. "I'm dumping Lasky with you whilst I'm out back." Willam waved before disappearing into a crowd of people. "I'll leave you two lovebirds to it." Trixie said as she sipped her drink and walked off. "Why didn't you text me?" I asked as I slid Alaska a drink.
"What?"
"To tell me you were here."
"I forgot; can you ever forgive me?" She said as she rolled her eyes.
"I'm gonna forgive you because you're hot."
"Hey." We both looked at Chad.
"What are you doing here?"
"Wow, anyone would think you didn't want me here."
"I'm sorry."
"I think I'll go and find Trixie." Alaska said, "Thanks for the drink." I watched her walk off into the crowd before turning back to Chad. "What's up with you?"
"Huh?"
"You're always away with the fairies and you're just acting odd."
"I'm fine."
"Promise?"
"I promise."
"Can you get off early?"
"I can't, we're understaffed, Darren fired a couple of Queens the other day and he's had to call Will in tonight to help out."
"I'll see you when you get back then."
"Yeah." I smiled at Chad and he kissed me before heading back outside.

I scanned the bar until my eyes landed on Alaska laughing with a guy. "Darren, I'm taking my break." I called. Darren nodded and I made my way through various drunk people. "I'm stealing this one." I said to the guy, not caring what he said. I took Alaska's arm and dragged her outside and down the alleyway. "What was that for?"
"You're mine."
"Jealous much?"
"Shut up and kiss me." Alaska smiled before holding my hands and kissing me. I made my way down her neck leaving little marks. "You're mine." I whispered before kissing her on the lips once more.
"Where are you going?" Alaska whined as I pulled away. "Come back."
"As tempting as that is, I've got to get back to work."
