Aaron grabbed his coat and turned to face Me and Brooke.
"I best get going."
"Looks like Justin had a good birthday." Brooke smirked as she crossed her arms.
"What?" Brooke nodded and Aaron turned around and stared at his reflection. He gently stroked the mark on his neck. "You're a bitch." Aaron laughed as he turned around to face me.
"I'll leave you two to it." Brooke muttered before hugging Aaron then heading downstairs.
"Are you going back home?" I asked before pulling Aaron into a hug myself.
"Yeah, well I'm visiting my mom first."
"You could just stay here?"
"I wish I could, but Chad is back tonight."
"I've had fun."
"Same, it's been like before."
"Only Brooke knows."
"Mhm."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"Tell me."
"I'm gonna do it tomorrow."
"Do what?"
"Break up with Chad."
"You don't have to."
"I need to, anyway when are you coming back to visit?"
"Haven't decided yet."
"Don't leave it too long."
"I won't." I replied as I followed Aaron downstairs. "You really don't have to do it tomorrow if you don't want to, you don't have to do it at all."
"Don't try and talk me out of it again."
"Well if you're sure it's what you want?"
"Positive." I flashed Aaron a smile before he kissed me then headed out the front door. I sighed before heading into the living room and falling onto the couch next to Brooke. I moved so I was lay down with my head on her lap. "Have you ever had a normal relationship?"
"No, I never do things the easy way."
"I've noticed."
"He said he's going to break up with Chad tomorrow." I stated.
"Isn't that a good thing?"
"Mhm."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"You're shit at lying."
"Well I lied to your face about dating Aaron and you didn't know." Brooke went quiet. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have said that."
"It's true but can you tell me now?"
"Tell you what?"
"What's wrong."
"Am I doing the right thing?"
"What do you mean?"
"Am I doing the right, letting Aaron break up with Chad?"
