Hermione and I had been throwing ideas back and forth about where to hold the practice for the DA. So far, we had concluded a strategy for communicating the dates and times of meetings. We would spread the word through Gryffindor, whilst Luna would do the same for Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. This way, nothing would look too suspicious.
"Right. We need to find a place to practice without Umbridge finding out" Harry says to Fred, George, Hermione, Ginny, Neville and I.
"The shrieking shack?" Ginny suggests
"Too small" I tell her "How about the Forbidden forest?"
"Not bloody likely" Ron scoffs at the idea
"Harry what happens if Umbridge does find out?" Ginny asks
"Who cares? I mean... It's sort of exciting isn't it... breaking the rules" Hermione smiles at us excitedly. She's getting really into this.
"Who are you and what have you done with Hermione?" Ron laughs
"Any way, at least we know one positive thing that came from today"
"What's that?" Harry asks Hermione
"Cho couldn't take her eyes off you could she?" Hermione and Ron laugh. I watch as Ginny falls behind from the group. We all know how she feels about Harry. All she has ever wanted was for him to feel the same towards her. Sometimes he shows some signs that he could, but at the moment he's interested in Cho.
"You alright Gin?" I stop and stand with her as the rest of the group continues to walk on.
"Yeah. Just fed up" she looks to me with a blank expression.
"It's okay. I know he will come around" I assure her. She huffs "Trust me"

It was the next day when we were all sat around the table for breakfast. Gryffindor vs Slytherin. One of the most competitive games to be played.
"You okay Ron?" I whisper "You're a bit shakey" I watch as he shakily places food into his mouth.
"I-I'm fine"
"You'll do great out there" I tell him
"Yeah. We'll crush them" Fred says
"But what if we don't win?" Ron looks to his brother
"Slytherin never beats us" George answers "We've got this"
If Rons nerves weren't bad enough, it didn't help that everyone was still stressed about finding a place for the DA. Rons greatest weakness is how he tends to loose confidence at any small inconvenience. Fred and George had also noticed that their brother wasn't doing well. All morning they had been attempting to put a smile on his face, but weren't very successful. As much as they try to hide it, they do really care for their brother.
I'm just hoping that the Slytherin team don't go too hard on him today. They have always had a tough crowed.
"Ready for the match Weasley?" Malfoy sneers, taking a seat at the table opposite. "Hope the hospital wings ready for you" None of us laugh. Ron begins to turn vibrant red.
"Piss off Draco" Fred turns Ron back to the table
"You guys should head down" Hermione tells them before tensions grow higher. We don't need a fight to break out right now and sitting here listening to the mocking Slytherins isn't helping Ron at all.
