Part 20- Last day

As I watched the sun rise, leaving me with no sleep, I thought it would be best to get up and ready for the day. Once I had finished getting changed into some comfy day clothes, trying to not wake the others, I set off to the kitchen to get some coffee, treading carefully down the creaky steps. 

The cold gloomy feeling of the house filled me as I sat down at the table. I began to read through the daily prophet that had been shown the night before "good morning y/n" Molly gave me a bright smile as her entrance gave me quite a fright "sorry dear. Didn't mean to startle you. What has you up so early?"

"Got a bit carried away with reading" I lied, trying to cover up the fact I had a dream about her son dying for being with me. No one needs to hear that.

"Ahhh I see" I could tell by the look on her face, she didn't believe what I was saying 

"Anything I can help you with?"  

"Would you mind setting the table?" I gently nodded before turning to the stacked pile of plates. There were a lot more to do than usual, due to how many of us were staying. As I placed down the plates, knives and forks, I kept thinking about the dream "y/n?" I had gotten so lost in though I didn't hear what Molly had said 

"sorry just day dreaming" placing the last plate down I turned to molly

"breakfast is ready. could you wake the others for me?" I agreed immediately before heading off. 

Like usual, I went to wake the girls first allowing them to have a head start. "Hermione" I gently shook the girl causing her to open her eyes "breakfast is ready" Next I turned to Ginny doing the same, knowing she would be a bit more of a struggle "Gin" I began to shake her more heavily. This time she actually woke.

"why you got to do this to me?" her words became muffled as she buried her face in her pillow

"your mums orders. Not mine" 

"How are you feeling this morning?" Hermione hesitated before continuing "you gave us quite a scare last night" 

"Oh that was nothing. I fell asleep soon as I got back up" I sat beside her as she brushed through her tangled hair

"That's strange. I could've sworn I heard you flipping through pages several times in the night"  

"Just some light reading through the night. I have to go wake the others. You know how they are" I rose from her bed and turned to take on more stairs 

Once I reached the room where Harry and Ron were staying, I quickly pushed open the door to wake them with my annoying presence. This is gonna be fun "Ronald" I spoke in a sing song tune, shaking the boy heavily "Wake up Ronaldddddd" 

"Bloody hell y/n what do you want?" he smacked me with his pillow

"Oi! no need to get spiteful" I smacked him back harder causing me to laugh "Food is ready" My words caused the sleepy boy to suddenly wake and run out the room 

"what's going on?" Harry had clearly been woken by the chaos 

"Just a casual waking for Ron"

"get much sleep?" he turned to me knowing I hadn't "yeah me neither"

"oh shit! I forgot you have your trial today. How you feeling?" 

"worried. what if I get expelled?" his face turned sad "Hogwarts is my home. I don't belong anywhere else"

"I know. you just have to have hope" I placed my hand on his shoulder trying to make him feel better in any way I could "you will be fine" 

"thanks y/n" he brought me into a hug which took me by a bit of a surprise
