The warmth of the house felt welcoming, a change of temperature for Adeline. She sat on the leather sofa that she had slept on last night bathing in the heat of the roaring fire while holding a tea cup. "I see that you made yourself comfy" said a voice from behind Adeline. Adeline turned her head to see Sirius Black leaning against the arch way. "I made some tea if you didn't mind" states Adeline holding up her tea cup. "I don't mind but i did contact Dumbledore he should be here any time" stated Sirius taking a seat across from Adeline. Adeline sat her tea down on the coffee table. "He better not bring my father" she mumbled. "Im sure Dumbledore wouldn't bring a death eater into here, i can tell you that" stated Sirius with a grin. "I know how it feels to be raised by a deatheater, its hard"
"My father faced trail when i was 5, to get out of it he ratted out a man named Barty crouch Jr" Adeline started to recall. "He was gone for a year from what i recall.. came home skinny, seemed like he was face to face with death"
"Azkaban would do that to you.. i have first hand experience"said Sirus with a bit of sadness, the memory of Azkaban had sent chills down his back, a place he never wanted wished upon people. "Let's stop talking all about all this sadness, how is your foot doing" asked Sirius desperately trying to stop talking about the place he just escaped from a while back. Adeline gazed at her bandaged foot trying to figure a response out. "I guess it's doing ok, I honestly forgot about it" she responded trying to figuring out how to tell her father that she was bitten by a man that happened to be a dog.The front door slowly began to open with a gust of air.. It was Albus Dumbledore. "Sorry that im a bit late" stated the old wizard closing the door behind him as Adeline sat the tea on the end table. "All is fine professor" Sirius exclaimed standing up to shake Albus hand.
Few minutes had passed, Adeline exclaimed what had happened when she had arrived late last night. "How is Remus" asked Albus sitting next to Adeline after he had healed her foot since Sirius wasn't able to. "Well remus is resting, after all he had a pretty ruff night" said Sirius with a chuckle and Dumbledore had joined him. "Now Adeline, from Sirius Letter you are look for something that your mother had left here" asked Albus looking at Adeline. She was trying to figure out how to respond. "Yes sir. I had to went to Mr.Snape for help but he wasn't the any help at all" exclaimed Adeline with a sigh. "He isn't the greatest person to ask for help" Sirius said with a pissed look on his face. "Let old by gones be bI know know where that item is but what is held in that box may change your life but you may not tell young Ivan until he is ready" exclaimed Dumbledore trying to think of ways out of showing Adeline what his adopted daughter was hiding from the rest of the wizarding world. "I want to know Albus.. ive waited long enough to know who my mother was" she stated in confidence.

Albus lead the two of them up the stairs to a place he had past the many times. "How could you hide a item here in my own home with out me knowing" stated Sirius in confusion. "Very easily Mr.black, after all you where hardly here" stated Albus leaving Sirius at a silence. They came up to a photo of a young man that was stagnant. "This is it" stated Albus, running his hand under the photo. "Really Dumbledore.. behind the photo of my younger brother" stated Sirius a bit ticked. "They where close mr.black, I thought it was very fitting" he responded slowly swinging open the photo to reveal a small compartment with a lonesome wooden box, which sat in the middle of with. "This is it. Now are you sure about this" he questioned looking at Adeline. She was excited to learn more about her mother, before she passed. They where very close. "Im sure" she responded. Dumbledore stepped out of the way. Adeline walked to the spot where Dumbledore was standing and grabbed the box.
"The box has a code.." stated Sirius looking at the box and then to Adeline. "Do you even know it?"
"Of course, its my middle name" stated Adeline as she backed up a bit for the three of them to have a better look. Dumbledore has closed the hidden compartment just before he joined them.. even though he already knew what the box held. Adeline started to turn to the numbers on the lock "24..9.. 12..5" she muttered to her self as the lock popped open. "You must have a interesting middle name if it's numbers" stated Sirius which made Adeline dumbfounded. "Its Vile" she responded.. she had never heard of a person with numbers as a name. Adeline took the lock off and placed it into her pants pocket so she would not lose it. She slowly opened the box with assorted newspaper clippings of a man with two different eye colors and a smirk that shown signs of a evil man.
"What a minute, all i can see are daily profit clippings of Grindwald" stated Adeline as she scanned the box. "Who knew the smart Andora had an obsession with one of the darkest wizards in the world" Sirius responded with a bit of sadness. "There was a reason" Dumbledore replied watching Adeline dig threw the box his adoptive daughter had made during her final years at Hogwarts just for this very moment. Adeline froze as she picked up a pice of parchment paper... the hall way stayed silent until a loud thud of the box Adeline was once holding landed onto the floor causing the daily profit clippings to scatter across their feet...
