Weeks had past since the Second task, Viktor had came second place when Harry potter and Cedric had tied for First place. The Article that Dumbledore had sent to the daily profit had gotten Adeline the task of taking report for the final task on June 24th replacing Rettia skeeter as reporter for the rest of the Tri-wizard tournament. Dumbledore had offered Adeline to stay in the castle while she Wrote for the daily profit. Which gave her more Chances to learn about Her mothers true father, Gellert Grindelwald.. which may uncover who her Grandmother is.

Adeline sat alone in the Hogwarts library, with books scattered all over the table opened to their chapters about Grindlewald. Her note book laid open nicely with her note on what she had found important. She looked like she was there for quite a long time, her hair was in a very messy bun and her jumper's sleaves where rolled up past her elbows. She enjoyed having access to Hogwarts Library, which had way more books then Durmstrang. "Adeline, you have been here the whole time" Told Viktor, taking a seat next to Adeline. Viktor took a Glance at the table. "I've been doing research" Adeline responded to Viktor as she placed her quill back in the ink well.

"On Grindelwald.. At of all the people, you choose that horrible man" viktor spat. "He is some how connected to my Mum's father" Adeline lie to Viktor. "He attended our school" Viktor told Adeline. "he did". "walked the very halls that we did Addy, have you ever seen this symbol around the school" Viktor asked Adeline. Picking up her quill and scooting her note book closer to himself. He began to draw a Triangle with a Circle on the inside with a line growing threw the circle on the corner of her paper. "I have, I just shrugged them off as in graved doodles that everyone in graved on the walls of the school" Adeline had told Viktor. "That is his sign, It is called the Deathly Hallows, He picked it up for the grater good" Viktor had explained to Adeline. "That symbol hardly appears in any of these textbooks that I have found" Adeline had told Viktor as she tapped the drawing. "Adeline, you have seen that symbol many times before" Viktor exclaimed looking at Adeline very concerningly. "I have" Adeline responded in confusion. "Some stupid kids that go to our school wear the symbol on their robes to seem impressive" Viktor told Adeline. Viktor placed Adeline's quill back in it's ink well. "Viktor, how do you know all this" Adeline Questioned Viktor. "Gellert Grindelwald had Murdered my grandfather and the Sign was left near him" Viktor had told Adeline. Her heart stopped for a few seconds. The man that was her grandfather had killed Viktor's grandfather. "Oh no viktor, I didn't know he was murdered" Adeline had responded to viktor. "The man got what he deserved, thats all that matters" viktor had told Adeline. She didn't know how to tell Viktor about the secret that she has been keeping from him for the past few months... She will tell him after the tri-wizard tournament. "Hopefully, we figure out why your grandfather was involved with Grindelwald" Viktor had added to break the silence. "What do you mean by we" Adeline questioned. She had always planned to do this alone, with out anyones help. "I have always been by your side Adeline, Nothing will change that. You have helped me get to where i am now" Viktor told Adeline placing his hand over hers. "Thats very sweet Viktor, This is gonna be a long and tough ride.. i dont know what will be laying ahead" Adeline had told viktor with a big smile on her face. "I will do anything for you Adeline" viktor replied back to Adeline. "Why would that stop me now, We have always had each others back"
There was a moment of silence before Adeline had finally said something after having the biggest debate in the brain. "Lets do this, just you and I" Adeline exclaimed to Viktor. She slid her parchments in front of Viktor. "Looks like you should start reading" Adeline added with a very mischievous laugh. "Dear merlin, what have you been writing" viktor exclaimed, removing his hand to flip threw the stack of parchments. "Well three months of information" she chuckled, watching viktor's look of confusion towards the parchment.
Adeline and Viktor had stayed in the library until they where told by the librarian that it was time for closing and they had left with hardly anymore information on Grindelwald. Except the few papers with notes that Adeline had obtained before Viktor had joined her.
