The dungeons, dark cold and wet. Very different then the dungeon back at durmstrang that she was used to. Adaline's hand brushed up on the cold wall which had made her flinch. But it was oddly warm. She came up to a door that had light shimmered from the bottom and illuminated the front of the door. Her eyes went to the old looking placard that was next to the door.

Severus Snape
Potion master

She lifted her hand to knock on the door but It had slowly came open. "There you are Miss. Karkaroff" he stated coldly holding the door. "Sorry that I'm late sir. Came back from the-" Adeline started to say before hogwarts potions master had cut her off. "Library while talking to you Very famous School pal"
"How did you know" she questioned.
"I have many eyes around the school grounds" he coldly stated. "Now come in, the tea is getting cold" he added in a cold remark.
Adeline walked into the Hogwarts professors quarters and was welcomed with a smell of chocolate and books. "Excuse the potion brewing... it is for my 6th years" he exclaimed, walking towards a bookshelf. Adeline took a seat at the table that was set with a tea pot, cups and parchment. "What is the potion" she asked while Snape had made his way to the table. "It's called Amortentia, it smells different to each person..according to what attracts them." He responded setting the book in front of adeline. "What do you smell"
Adeline took a small sniff  to make sure she got it right. "Well sir. I smell chocolate, parchment and a small smell of wet dog" she stated hesitating to say the wet dog smell which was bit odd of a smell. "That is... very interesting" he coldy stated taking a seat. "The book that I had placed in front of you should answer what questions that you have currently" he added pouring himself a cup of tea. Adeline slowly opened the leather back book and the first page was of a women with two different eye colors laughing next to a young boy leaning against a tree. "Your mother was a nice lady, she may have been a bit odd but Very very talented" stated Severus. Adeline began to flip thew all the moving photos, the photos shown her mother to have a smiling face... something she hardly seen growing up and before she had pasted away. "Why did my mum get with my bastard of a father anyway" she asked in a cold voice. "She probably seen something in Igor that no body did.. he may have hid his status with the darklord and Andora may have seen it to late" Severus exclaimed before he stood back up and walked back up to the book shelf. "May i ask Professor, but What exactly is the code Vile" she asked, closing the book. Severus stopped grabbing the book he was going for and laid his hand at his side, he gave a deep breath. "It was a number sequence for a box that Albus Dumbledore had stored away in the Orders headquarters behind one of the many photos that the black manner has" Severus explained turning around to see a very confused Adeline, who was trying to figure it out. "But why did she give me that as my middle name if it was a code to something important" she exclaimed. Severus started to walk back to the table and gave her a stern look. "She may have known that something would have happened to you and somehow yo would land at the feet of her school friends" Severus said coldly. Adeline had a chill going down the back of her spin.. she didn't like this feeling at all. "What that box has inside of it may change many people life that currently walk these halls. But I warn you, do not go for that box on a full moon" Severus warned Adeline.
"But I do recommend leaving matters be if I where you"
"Why would I leave Matters alone!" She exclaimed, pushing the chair away from the table so she could stand up. "You may find something that could disappoint you and your poor little brother" Severus coldly remarked. Adeline was determined to figure things out. "My biggest concern is why you told me not to go hunting for a box on a full moon" Adeline blurted, holding up air quotes as she told. Something she did often talking to her father. "If you have fear, then you should go" Severus exclaimed giving a Shrug. "If you don't mind, i am going to dismiss myself" she stated in a pissed of manner. Adeline started to wonder why her mother became friends with that greasy haired man, who wasn't the nicest of wizards she has meet in her nineteen years of life...
