This story contains a lot of triggering material including but not limited to suicide/ suicidal thoughts, intrusive thoughts, alcohol abuse, emotional/ physical abuse, sexual assault, and abortion. If any of these topics are triggering, or you find yourself triggered by similarly dark topics please do not read this book.

This book is also not intended for audiences who are under the age of 18.

Some of the actions done in this book were not handled correctly by the characters. Please keep in mind as you're reading that if these scenarios were to happen in real life and you're questioning whether or not to seek medical attention or contact the authorities, always go with the safe option and seek professional help!

The author would also like to add that she does not condone criminal actions such as drunk driving or illicit drug use.

If you or someone you know is dealing with suicidal thoughts seek help immediately. Your life is valuable and you deserve to seek help. There are so many beautiful things in life that you will be missing out on, and whether or not you believe it, your life is truly important and the world wouldn't be the same without you. There are resources out there, and affordable treatment is available.

TREATMENT RESOURCES (****Note these are not replacements for therapy or medical interventions****):

Find Local Therapists: https://www.therapyden.com/

Centre for Clinical Interventions: https://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/Treatment/Overview

This is by no means a replacement to seeking counseling or other professional mental health resources, but for those who maybe find therapy/ medical interventions inaccessible, there are modules with worksheets to help work through a variety of issues including Mood Management, Social Anxiety, Worry and Rumination, Bipolar Disorder (which is also beneficial for someone dealing with unipolar depression), and Eating Disorders.
