a soft, small sound hitting her window woke yuki from her slumber. she groaned before trying to roll off the bed. bakugou's arms wrapped around her waist tightly, preventing her from doing so. yuki gazed behind her; his mouth was slightly open, and his hood was pulled over his eyes and covered most of his face.yuki smiled softly at him and began to pry gently at his clasped hands. a few moments passed before she was standing and shuffling over to the window. yuki rubbed her eyes and looked out of the window. it was pitch black outside and the moon was full.
she knew they had fallen asleep, to take a nap. that must have been at four pm, when school let out. yuki scrunched her nose up for a moment, looking at the clock on her bedroom wall. it was 2 am. they had been asleep for 10 hours. she widened her eyes with a soft laugh of disbelief fell past her lips.
yuki shook the thought from her mind as she reached her hands out to open the window. hushed and giggling voices could be heard jumbled outside the glass. yuki paused her movement as she listened to the sound. she felt her heartbeat pick up as she walked backwards toward the bed. when her feet reached the cool metal of her bed frame, yuki flung her body around to face bakugou.
"bakugou..." she whispered, placing her hands onto his arm. she shook him softly, darting her eyes around the room. the sound of rocks being thrown at her window alarmed again, making the frighten girl look back at the window. "bakugou! wake up."
the boy stirred in his sleep, reaching out to grabbed ahold of her hand that had been shaking him. "what's wrong baby?" he asked, voice coated with fatigue.
"there are people outside my window," she whispered, now sitting in front of him trying her best not to shake. "what if... what if it's the same people from usj?"
bakugou stopped rubbing soft circles on the back of yuki's palm and looked up at her. "what?"
he watched as yuki shook both out of nerves and being cold. bakugou could see the fear in her eyes even in the darkness of the room. "i heard voices. a-and rocks being thrown at my window. we've been having a good week with no attacks or threats, what if this is it?" yuki mumbled with a frown.
bakugou was quick to jump out of bed. he had his hands on yuki's shoulders as he stood up, resulting in him carefully pushing yuki further away from the window. he pushed his messy hair out of his face as he shuffled slowly to the window. the darken sky outside making his nerves spike more than ever. bakugou held his hand out to the side, letting small flares to bounce off his palms. the red light flickered into the darkness of the room, helping the boy see outside of the window.
his eyes grazed outside, and he felt his body instantly relax. "oh my fucking god," he breathed out and brought his hand back down to his side, the fire going out and they were instantly back in the dark. bakugou threw his hands to the back of his sweatshirt and smoothly pulled it off his body. he tossed it to the girl as he walked back over to her. "put this on," he explained in a soft voice.
yuki glanced at him, her eyes dancing over his body. "why?"
bakugou huffed and began to walk back over to the window. he slid it open further, looking down the way. "because the boys are here."
yuki gave him a confused look as she pulled the black, oversized 'all might' hoodie on. this jacket was different than the red one he had loaned her a few weeks prior. it was bigger on her, flowing past her knees and it hung loosely off her shoulders. most importantly, it smelt of his cologne. "the boys?"
