bakugou katsuki wants to send you a message
accept or denyyuki stared down at the request for a few moments. she didn't know if she had enough control over her hands at the moment to accept his request. they were shaking badly. and all she wanted to do was stare at the wall ahead of her and wait for this to pass. but she never knew how long that would take.
deep down yuki didn't want to talk to bakugou. she didn't know him the way she knew the others; he was just the boy who she sat next to in class. the boy who had already come to her rescue. she felt embarrassed even thinking about what had happened.
taking another minute to pull her hand toward her phone screen, yuki managed to press accept.
her trembling hand held loosely onto the phone as she looked at the message.bakugou katsuki:
yuki i think i know what is happening
right now.
would you feel comfortable
with me coming over?
send a 1 for yes or a 2 for nono matter what you reply with, it'll be okay.
yuki held back a sniffle as her eyes scanned the text message. her eyes fell in and out of focus as she did so. she saw through a cloud of mist, both of tears and panic. she managed to scrunch up her nose at his comment. send a 1 of yes and a 2 for no. his instructions were clear and simply, but there was something more to it. he knew. bakugou knew that yuki wasn't in her right mind to send a proper text message.
yuki frantically looked around at the thought of bakugou being in her house— her room.
her heartbeat rumbled against her chest and thumbed hard. it felt like it was trying to break out of her ribcage. yuki gulped down some spit as her hands begun to heat up. she felt tiny pricks and tingles rush up her arms. waves of worrying thoughts crashed against her frail skull. yuki felt more tears subconsciously slip past her eyes. she blew out a long and shaky breath, shaking her head.
what would bakugou think if he saw her in this state? yuki was sure that he already saw her a type of way. a burden, perhaps. a girl in the hero course but who could not ever save herself. she was weak, she knew that. but it wasn't in her body to fight. she had the ability, but it wasn't her priority.
yuki's head begun to ache more and more by the second. her chest was on fire as she felt parts of it lose feeling. she felt her cheeks flush with heat and color. her mouth was dry, she tried to swallow but it came by thickly. yuki desperately wanted to control her panicked state on her own but this one felt a little different. her body was its own hum, coming with its own after shocks. the tingling in her hands was different, she hadn't ever felt it before. her arms weren't asleep, she knew that. but they felt like it. she also wasn't fresh out of a nightmare, or in any real danger. the amount of fear coursing through yuki's veins scared her, and if she wasn't aware of how hard her heart was beating, she would have thought she was close to death.
without another thought, yuki's finger grazed over the keys board.
fujumori yuki:
1bakugou katsuki:
okay
ill be there soonyuki read the messages as fast as she could. her eyes refused to focus on anything for more than a few seconds at a time. she felt the phone in her hand buzz again in her palm. yuki rapidly blinked her eyes as she tried to focus again.
