Gibbs walked out with a smile on his face. He walked to the elevator and went down to Abby’s lab. “Hey Abs. What do you have?” “I do have something for you, but first…” Abby grabbed the cafpow Gibbs was holding in his hand. “Thanks. So, I examined Sargent Cullen’s Santa costume and found the company it was produced by. It’s a small business in the city and is the only one selling this specific costume. Do you want to know how I found out?” “Only if you need to say this.” “I put strands of the costume in Mr. mass spec and he told me that it was a weird combination of wool and plastic strands. So, I searched for the factories which sell this fabric and found the factory which led me directly to the small business.” “Good job Abby. What about the murder weapon?” “I analyzed the wounds on his back and could identify the kind of weapon which was used. It is a sharp knife with a long and narrow blade. It’s some kind of combat knife.” Gibbs went closer to Abby and gave her a kiss on the cheek. “Thanks Abs.” Then he went upstairs again. Mcgee and Ellie came back in the bullpen. Nick looked up from his computer as they came in. “Hey guys. What did you find out?” “Hey Nick. Nothing interesting. Barks has an Alibi. He was at his office all day long. His assistant can approve that.” Ellie walked to her desk and asked Nick back: “And what did you found?” “Cullen got here two weeks ago from his last mission in Afghanistan. I checked his calendar. He had a meeting with you would never guess, Mr. Barks assistant Sofia Halger herself.” “What? Why he had that appointment?”: Mcgee asked. “I don’t know there was no note about this.” “Hm that’s suspicious I’ll check on that.”
