Jax comes over to me, "So, I see we're back together." I glare at him, "shooting daggers" as people call it. He winces, "I'm gonna take that as a no." I walked over to the locker and punched it, I couldn't feel the pain. I punch the locker again, it leaves a dent. "Yo, I get that you're upset but bro...don't take it on the lockers, man. It's not cool!" Andrew says placing a hand on my shoulder. I shrug it off. "I'm fine." A tear sparks in my eye. "No, he's not." I hear Jax mumble behind me. I glare at him. I head off to Ms Evergreen.

When I get there and sit down, I instantly slump down in my seat. I look over at Carre's seat. I don't see her, I look around and I see her moved to the very back corner across the room from me. I shoot her a quick text.

Me: Why are you in the back corner? Hiding from someone?

I see her look at her phone, she turns it off and places it in her back pocket.

Carre gets up and goes to Ms Evergreen. I hear her murmur something, she nods. I get up and walk up to her too. "Ms Evergreen? Can I head to the restroom real quick? It's an emergency." I ask her, she nods at the bathroom pass, I see Carre walking off and I go after her. "Carre! Carre! Wait up!" She seems to walk faster. I grabbed her by the elbow, "Carre Burra, I love you with my life can you please tell me?" She looks at her feet. "You. Wouldn't. Understand." She says quietly, "Try me! I understand your mother, I understand Raymond. Why can't I understand this?" She tries to get away but I won't let her. I place my hands by either side of her. "Try me!" I whisper desperately.
