31 - Carre

"How are you?" Coyy whispers in my ear. "Hmm..." I mumble quietly. He gently wraps his arm around me and pulls me closer. I smile, covering his hand with mine. "Can you say anything other than, hmm?" He asks, "Hmm," I respond smiling, I feel him laugh silently. "Are you tired?" He asks gently, I nod and close my eyes. Sleep envelopes me.

In the morning my eyelashes dance open. I roll over to see Coyy who, frankly, isn't there. I get up, Coyy's T-shirt reaches my knees. Stretching I walk into the kitchen, I see Coyy making eggs. "Yum! Can I have mine sunny-side-up?" I ask him. He grins over at me, "Too late, your eggs are on the counter." He says smiling, I walk over to see a cinnamon roll with some sunny-side-up eggs. "How'd you know?" I ask him, he slides me a cheeky grin and I smile back. He joins me a few minutes later.

When we finished breakfast, Coyy headed down to take a shower. I went to the living room. The black and white movies we watched the other day were still on the floor. I pick them up and set them on the shelf. I saw a few Disney movies by myself. There was Finding Nemo, The Lion King, Bambi, Robin Hood, Dumbo, Cinderella, The Fox and the Hound, Mulan, Mulan II, Chicken Little, Bolt, Snow White, and the Seven Dwarfs, Aladdin, Cars, Cars 2, Tangled, Tinker Bell, and Peter Pan. I pull out Finding Nemo and put it on. I'm halfway through the movie when Coyy comes out of the shower, with shorts on and his hair wet.

Coyy comes over and pulls my feet up and sits down, my feet on top of him. "Did you know Finding Nemo is a lie?" I ask him, he shakes his head, "How is Finding Nemo a lie?" He asks, "For one," I start, "Clownfish only live three to five years at a time. Two, Clownfish reproduction has one dominant male and dominant female. When the female dies the male becomes the female, and the second-in-command male become the dominant male." I look over at him and he looks disgusted, I smile. He knows what I'm getting at. "So when Marvin's wife dies, he would become the dominant female, so Nemo would become the dominant male, also, would become Marvin's new wife. So, they would start...ya know...reproducing." I say, giving him a look. He laughs, "Sexy." I look at him, "You think magically becoming a girl is sexy?" He nods. I roll my eyes and turn back to the movie.

When the movie was over, I went into the kitchen to pop some popcorn, "What are you doing?" Coyy's Grand-mere asked, I never used the microwave that she has, Coyy was the usual one to use it. "I'm trying to pop popcorn but I can't work the microwave. Coyy was the usual one to work it." I say when I do I see how stupid it sounds. "Grand-mere can I talk to you?" Coyy asked.
