Insomnia's Perspective | The Friends

THE WHOLE DAY, Siyeon was thinking about what she saw. It left a nauseous feeling on her chest. She immediately left and went back to her studio.

Trying not to think about what she saw, she ended up cleaning her studio the whole day rather than working on her new songs. She was earnest on getting distracted yet the moment her phone vibrated. She immediately dropped the broom.

Heyy, I didn't mean to ignore your message. -----

I was teaching a dancing class. ----

---- It's okay, I actually just wanted to ask on what I should eat for today, if you had any recommendations? Hehehe

Bboya 💜

Fried chicken! That's what i am eating today before i head to my next appointment. ----

Singnie 💙

----- Hmmm, I'll order it then.

----- What are you doing right now?

Bboya 💜

I'm about to head to my other work. I'm about to choreograph a dance for my favorite idol!!! ----

----- i thought you weren't the type to have favorites, you know?

She's different. She's one of a kind. ----

She felt her cheeks heating up as she read the dancer's message. She knew that Sua thought that the person she was talking to was another person but she didn't know that they were the same person.

But to know Sua's view on her was unbearable. Her heart was beating too much. It felt too hot even though the air conditioner was on. She didn't know what was wrong with her.

After sitting down on her chair, she sighed as she rubbed her fingers on her forehead. She decided to play her new song, Red Sun as she listened if there were any changes need to be made on the song. Knocks were heard, as she took of her headphones.

' she must be here. '

Praying for this day to go well as she didn't know what to make of the woman named Kim Bora as she was still a mystery to her. Yes, they texted frequently but that was just it. Siyeon's life was known to almost everyone yet Sua's isn't.

She had this urge to know everything about her. Is it because for the first time in how many years? Her curiosity was peaked or was it because for the first time, she would have a friend that didn't care about her status as an idol?

Did she not care about her status as an idol?

She wasn't sure anymore. She shook her head to regain her focus as she opened the door. Stepping inside with was the girl who she kept thinking about. She was wearing plain black jogging pants with a red crop top and a black bomber jacket.

" hi. " Sua greeted tucking a hair in her ear as she smiled at the tall girl.

" hey. " Siyeon greeted her back, smiling shyly at the small dancer.

" Uhm, we should start practicing already, right? " Sua said, coughing to hide her nervousness.

Nodding at her words, Siyeon went to get her things as she said, " let's go to the practice room. "

The practice was very heavy on Siyeon. It was not because it was hard or anything. It was because she was distracted with the woman who was teaching the dance on her.

It did not help that the dance was very sexual in her point of view. Panting as she sighed, she felt the sweat rolling on her body and her need for water. She felt a tap on her shoulder. Looking behind her, she sees Sua holding a water towards her.

" Here, you should drink up. You're really indeed amazing. Most of my students can't memorize the dance that fast. " Sua said, complimenting Siyeon with heated cheeks and a soft smile.

" Thank you. "

Siyeon nodded as she took the water and drank from it.

" How long have you been dancing? If i can ask? " Siyeon asked the girl as they both sat on the floor.

" I think ever since I could remember. I danced whenever a song would play when i was a child. I started taking it seriously when i was on highschool. " Sua answered playing with her sleeves. Seeing this, Siyeon grinned slightly. She leaned towards the girl.

" Are you nervous around me? "

Eyes wide open, Sua gulped nervously leaning back away from her. She nodded her head.

" Y-yeah. I mean you're Lee Siyeon. The first time i listened to your song, Paradise. I fell in love with your voice and your song. I really want to know who Lee Siyeon is but I'm so nervous around you because you're t-too amazing to be with. " Sua said trying not to stutter too much.

Sighing as she smiled, " you don't have to be too nervous around me. I'm still a person. You can be whoever you wish with me. At the end of the day, we're all the same. We're humans. "

Sua smiled at the singer's words. Even before meeting Siyeon, she already knew that she was one of a kind. Sitting closer to her, Sua gulped down the nervous feeling in her chest. She wanted to ask this the moment she first moment she met Siyeon.

" So, can I treat you as a f-friend? "

Hearing this, Siyeon looked at the dancer who had sat closer to her with wide eyes. She had on a hopeful smile and wishful eyes. As she saw this, eh sighed as she smiled softly.

" Sure, let's be friends. "

Hiiii, I'm back! Thank you all for loving this book. I've been gone for a two weeks, i think and I'm overwhelmed with how many people have read this story. I actually debated on having this as chapter 12 or 11 but this was better as the chapter 11.
