Hidaka Sayako 氷高 紗野子

Good morning, afternoon, evening, wherever you are. I am Hidaka Sayako, your guest for today. Welcome back to another episode of the Pleiades Shower-Idyllic 2021 birthday series. Last time we had Miyama Kageki here. Have you seen it? Actually, we're already halfway through the series! That is pretty fast.

Well then, here's a quick recap of what I'm going to do today. I'll be talking a bit about myself, then spin a wheel. If you've been following the previous episodes, you should be familiar with the rundown.

And speaking of the previous episodes, it seems that Kiyoko has mentioned me a lot, hasn't she? I'm not very surprised.

Let's start now, shall we?

I've already introduced my name, Hidaka Sayako. I'm currently an idol-figure skater, so I'm often called the Spectacle of the Ice Stage. Most of you probably already know that I'm in a unit with Kiyoko, which is Coconut Ice. Sometimes we collaborate with Natura.

In case you didn't know, I'm Hidaka Suzuko's older sister. She's taking a path in designing coords, specifically for the brand that we use, Icy Daydream.

I'm from Hokkaido, and because of that, Aikyou Yana and I were part of the temporary unit, Hokkaidols. I moved to Tokyo with my family when I was in kindergarten. When I was in primary, I already started learning how to figure skate. When I was in Hokkaido, my family and friends liked to go ice skating together, and because of the fun I had, I decided to be a figure skater.

I learned about idols when I was in primary. Did you know that Kosaka Hatsuko-senpai studied in the same school as I did? She was my math tutor! And of course, she introduced me to the idol world.

My first friend at Pearl Star Academy was Kiyoko, my roommate. Everyone had the hots for her brother, and I can name a few fans of his. We formed our unit after the Pleiades Shower tour, and we have a number of supportive fans.

I'm glad I met the friends that I have now. Even though I'm the youngest one in this group, I do feel like I have the responsibility to take care of them, especially Kiyoko. She is always full of energy...

Moreover, I'm not going to give up easily. As a figure skating idol, I'll make sure I continue to give amazing performances to everyone watching.

Now shall we move on to the 10 facts about me?

1) As I have already mentioned, I'm from Hokkaido. Specifically Sapporo, if you're wondering.

2) In order to train for figure skating, I have need to have ballet classes. Figure skating is ballet on ice, after all. It also helps with my flexibility, control and rhythm. Additionally, I sometimes train with roller skates in the school gym.

3) My inspiration to become an idol is Hatsuko-senpai. She did introduce me to Aikatsu after all. Suzuko also encouraged me to try it out.

4) The best thing about Aikatsu is that I get to show a professional character and discipline myself. And of course, training and performing with my friends is good too.

5) If I were no longer an idol, I might consider becoming a full-time figure skater and compete in the Figure Skating Grand Prix. Speaking of that, I met the Pirouetting Snowflake, Miyama Miki. She won a lot of local competitions, and even a silver medal in the Grand Prix! I'm really amazed by her! To think that she's Miyama Kageki's older sister, I can't believe it. Or maybe I can train younger figure skaters too.

6) My favourite food is mochi! I especially love the ones with ice cream in it. I can't handle spicy food, unfortunately.

7) Aside from figure skating, I also like photography. Sometimes it's fun taking pictures of my friends. Oh, I'm also trying to learn how to play the guitar.

8) My favourite school subject is probably science. Perhaps chemistry? It's hard, but I like to flex that I can do better than Kiyoko in it.

9) I can't handle the heat very well. Funny enough, Kiyoko can't handle the cold very well. We really are seasonal opposites, aren't we?

10) If I had to collaborate with someone from Idyllic, perhaps I'd go with Miyama Kageki because he can dance well. And he has a nice sister. Or maybe Shibagaki Gin, because he's Kiyoko's brother.

Now that the facts are done, it's time for me to spin the wheel. Basically, we gamble flowers and see who has the highest amount in the end. This is all a game of luck, and to be honest, my luck isn't the best. Nonetheless, let's do this!

You won 300 🌸

Oh well, I didn't do very well. But that's alright.

Here's the current leaderboard:

1. Kosaka Hatsuko (1700)

2. Aikyou Yana (1200)

3. Minami Erika (500)

4. Miyama Kageki, Hidaka Sayako (300)

5. Shibagaki Kiyoko (100)

Oh wow, I have the same amount of flowers as Kageki...

Looks like my time is almost coming to an end. It was fun being here. I hope that we can continue having birthday events in the years to come.

Following our youngest member is our oldest member, Shibagaki Gin on July 14. Wow, we're almost halfway done with the series! I heard that Gin's going to have a little "special event" as he's turning 20. I wonder what that is.

Anyway, thank you for joining me here today in my birthday. Please take care of yourselves, everyone! See you in future projects!

Bonus:

Kiyoko: Happy birthday Sayako-tan! I love you very much! Don't you know how thankful I am for you? (Hugs Sayako tightly)
Sayako: (sighs) Jeez
