Chapter 32

I got home pretty late and I was going up the stairs to my room. On my way there, Ron opened his door and pulled me inside his room. "Bloody hell, Ron!" I said while he sat me down in his bed, "Where were you?" he asked while walking back and forth, "I told you. I went out with Elvira and some friends." I said looking at him confused, I was worried he found out I've been lying. "Bloody hell, stop lying to me! I decided to go on a walk and that's when I saw Elvira with Elio." He said looking straight at my eyes. "I-I" I couldn't tell him that I was with Draco or that he and I were still together, so I decided to come up with a lie. "I was with Astoria, okay!" I said standing up and taking the bag that Draco gave me, as I was about to walk out he grabbed the bag. "STOP IT RON!" I said, pulling on the bag. He couldn't see what was inside the bag and let go but then he came closer to me and I noticed he was looking at my neck. OMG I forgot to take the necklace off. "What is this?" He asked, holding the necklace in his hand. "Nothing, I will be going to bed." I said walking out of his room. I couldn't believe he almost found out that Draco and I were still together and that I saw him tonight. I took the emerald dress out and hung it up in my closet, I put the books he gave me in my bookshelf and I really wanted to put the pictures of us in my nightstand but I knew I couldn't. I put the picture in one of my books I needed for school, the necklace I wanted to keep it on but Ron had already seen it, so I decided to put it in my school bag.

*Few weeks later*

Today was the day that I was going to the party, I was scared. I knew Draco's family liked me but I don't know how his friends or the people invited will react that a Weasley is at the party and that Draco is dating me. I knew his friends didn't know him and I got back together but after this party they would know. I sneaked out again but this time I didn't tell anyone I was leaving, I told Draco that I couldn't leave home all dressed up and he told me I could bring all my things and get ready over there. I met him at the same place I met him last time, in the forest. When we arrived at his house, Narcissa came running to us and gave me a long and lovely hug. She took me away from Draco and took me to the guest room, "You can get ready here darling, if you need anything you can come find me in the kitchen." She left the room and I was about to get ready when I heard a knock in the door, "Come in." I said taking my dress out of my bag, I turned around and saw that it was Draco. "Hey love." He said taking a seat in the chair that was by the door. "Hello handsome." I said sitting down in the bed, "I wanted to tell you that you don't need to pretend we're not dating here. I have already told all my friends, I hope that's fine love." I was happy that he had told his friends and that I would be able to spend time with him at school, "It's fine and how did they react when you told them the news?" He got up from his seat and came to sit next to me and he took my hands in his. "They kind of suspected that we were still together, they knew how much we loved each other and that we couldn't break up out of the blue." He was right that we did break out of the blue and I was surprised that no one suspected it and especially Hermonie. "Of course we love each other and now that you mention it, no one has suspected it, especially Hermonie. We're doing a wonderful job if no one suspects it and your friends are smart." I said putting my head on his shoulder, he put his hand on my thigh, "you're right and i'll go so you get ready." He got up and walked out the room. Once he left the room I got up and decided to get ready. I put on the dress and I decided to wear the necklace he got me, some silver earrings, do light makeup and I straighten my hair. Once I was done, I went to look for Narcissa and see if she needed my help. I entered the kitchen and I saw she wasn't there, so I decided to sit down and wait for Draco or Narcissa to come. I heard the door open and I saw that it was Astoria, "Athena!" she said walking up to me and giving me a hug, I returned the hug back. "Astoria! How have you been?" I asked to take a seat and she sat next to me, she was wearing a beautiful black dress. "I've been really good and I heard that you and Draco are together. How's it going?" I was very happy that it was out and that I was able to talk about it with someone, I've been holding it in and I really wish that it was Ron who I was talking to about my relationship. "Yes, Draco and I are together and it's going well! I'm really happy with him and whenever I'm with him it's the best time of my life." As I said that Draco entered the kitchen and he was smiling like an idiot. Astoria got up and gave me a warm smile as she left the kitchen. "Wow, you look beautiful Athena." he said as he extended his hand out and I reached out to grab his hand, "Thanks Draco." I said as we were walking out the room hand in hand.
