Chapter 5

 As I was getting ready for the day, I remembered what I had done to Harry. I felt bad, so I wanted to go apologies. As I was leaving the common room, to go get breakfast. I see Harry sitting down eating his breakfast with Ron and Hermonie. I walk up to Harry then suddenly someone stops me... It was Elio Thomas. My childhood best friend that I haven't talked to since we were like 11. Now we are 15 and this is the first time Elio talked to me since our first year at Hogwarts. Once we first found out that Elio and I had gotten accepted into Hogwarts, we talked and talked about how we both were going to be Gryffindors just like the rest of our family. When we found out he got into Ravenclaw and I had gotten into Slytherin we drifted and talked less and less until we officially stopped being friends. "Hey Athena, can I talk to you, for a second?" I looked at Ron confused and he shrugged his shoulders and went back to eating his food. I looked back at Elio and said "yeah... sure." We walked to the courtyard and sat down at a bench near a fountain. Elio processed to say " I know we haven't talked in a while, and this may seem weird. But I was just wondering how you have been." I was confused about why he was talking to me after all these years. "I've been good, how about you?" I said and he started to tell me he was doing fine, suddenly I felt someone looking at me. I turn around and see Draco looking at Elio and giving him a dirty look, he notices I was looking at him, so he walks away. I got up and left Elio still talking to himself. I wanted to go find Draco and ask him why he keeps looking at me and acting weird but I remembered I had to apologize to Harry, but that can wait. I had to find Draco first. I was walking around the hallways and that's when I saw him talking to Pansy, I decided to walk away, when I heard Draco whisper to Pansy.. "I'll be right back." I heard footsteps coming closer to me, so I kept walking. Draco says "Athena! Wait up!" but I ignore him and I keep walking until I feel him reach out and grab my hand. Our fingers interlock, he turns me around and we make eye contact for about three seconds but it feels like forever. I noticed his hand move and I flinched, he pushed me away. I noticed he looked upset and looked down, he started to talk and said " Are you following me?" I got red and said "What NO!, Indeed I was looking for you, to ask you why... Umm, you keep looking at me, and you even apologies about sending me to the hospital wing?" He rolls his eyes and says "just because I did something polite, doesn't mean we're friends... You mudblood" I was about to run away when he grabbed my wrist and said, "You don't belong in Slytherin and never will." With that, I forcefully took my wrist out of his grip and ran towards my potions class. 

dang isn't Draco just so mean!?
