Chapter eighteen: Belles pov

"Well are you going to start explaining?" He looked like a deer caught in the headlights. Scared. Of what? I do not know.

Could it really be that bad? He scratched the back of his head and I was beginning to learn that he did that when he was anxious. "Um well.....you see.."

I rolled my eyes "Yes?"

Suddenly he talked so fast I couldn't understand what he was saying. "I'mawerewolfandthenextinlinetobealphaandyousohappentobemymateandminewhichmakesyouthefuturelunaofthispack."

I looked at him blankly. "Ummm I have no idea what you just said. Can you say it slower?"

He sighed loudly and his face turned slightly pink as he said "Umm what would you say if uh....I said that I was a werewolf and uh the future alpha of a pack of werewolves?"

I looked at him trying to judge if he was serious or not. "Are you serious?"

He gulped loudly and whispered "Yes."

I smiled at him "So your a wolf?"

He looked taken back "Ugh..well...yeah."

I squealed and jumped up and down "OMG I ALWAYS WANTED A DOG! YAY! THIS IS SO FRICKING AWESOME!"

He covered his ears and I remembered how dogs have sensitive hearing. "Oh sorry." I blushed sheepishly and he grinned.

"It's okay darling I love you anyways."

We both froze in shock at what came out of his mouth. "Uh..wait I didn't mean...uh.."

I smirked at him "Go on."

"Ermmm." I laughed loudly and went to go to the kitchen.

"Bye Doggie. See you later." I winked at him on my way out and he looked stunned before shouting after me "I AM NOT A DOG!" I laughed a real laugh. "What ever you say DOGGIE."

I ran before he could catch me straight into the kitchen. Still laughing I looked in the fridge for something to eat when I heard whispers behind me.

I turned around and found about 15 kids behind me. One kid about 11 stood in the front and appeared to be the oldest.

He had light blonde hair and a slight smirk showing he was a troublemaker.

Ahh I love it. He smirked at me "Hello luna. You are awfully pretty." I blushed bright red. Oh my god an eleven year old just made me blush. There was laughter all around us. Shit did I just say that out loud?

The blonde guy spoke up again and said "Yes Luna I'm afraid you did. And Alpha says you shouldn't swear."

Crap. I looked at the blonde boy and said quietly "This can just stay between us right?"

He looked behind him at the other kids and then back at me before saying "But of course Luna." Something about his smirk told me a different story but I decided to trust him.

I heard footsteps and suddenly Jake appeared next to me. He laughed panting "I should have known I would find you where the food is."

I smiled too before my smile fell from my face. Just then the blonde boy shouted "BROTHER, LUNA SWORE!" Shit.

Jake suddenly growled loudly. "Don't tell me I just said that aloud again" I whispered to the blonde boy. He grinned nodding his head. Shit. "BELLE!" Oops.
