"I'm tellin' you, we got enough information. Dere was no need to wait until tomorrow."
Serafine said as Nico drove the car down the street, on their way from the Maribel.

"I know, an' I agree."
The large man said with a nod, raising a brow as something seemed to catch his eye on the side of the road.
"Dat car..."
He muttered, removing the cigarette from between his lips and pulled off to the side just in front of the parked automobile.

Serafine looked across at her brother and back at the car he seemed to find so interesting, even watching as he got out of the vehicle and walked over to examine it. She didn't bother getting out, knowing that it was probably nothing worth her time.

Nico walked around the machine, looking in the windows to see that it was vacant. It was filled with random objects that helped him identify the owner of the car. With narrowed eyes, his mind tried to figure out where the certain tabby had gone to. He couldn't have been far considering his coat was left on the driver's seat.
Something stood out though, a piece of paper hung out of the inner pocket with a certain tuxedo cat's handwriting on it.

With his interest now caught, Nico checked the door.
"Ah, aisé!"
He chuckled, grabbed the item that caught his attention, and left everything else undisturbed. Because the door was unlocked, it meant that the tabby probably wouldn't have been gone much longer.
He noticed that the piece of paper was actually a collection of papers.
Taking another look around for any sign of the owner, he started to read the writing in silence. His brows furrowed at times and raised in curiosity at others.

It was when his sister called out to him that he was pulled back. Looking around once more, Nico folded the pages again and put them back where he found them before joining Serafine again.

"I say we go an' tell Asa that we're ready an' to call our petite hache, ah?"
The man grinned.

Serafine smirked and raised her chin. She didn't know what Nico had found to convince him, but she wasn't complaining.
"'Bout time. Le's go."

After a short shower, the tabby informed Mordecai that he was officially starving. So as they dried off in their towels, the tuxedo took their meals out of the oven for them to finish at the table. Rocky was happy he finally got to eat his meal, especially after the physical activity they had. When he finished, the tabby pat his full stomach and yawned.

"This has to have been the best night of my life."
He purred contently.
"The only thing I want to do now is cuddle you."
He looked at Mordecai and winked.
"Let's get in bed, shall we?"

Mordecai insisted that he remained standing while they finished their meals, taking the last bite, and nodded at Rocky's suggestion.
"Yes, I think that's a good idea. Rest seems to be the best option currently."
He replied as he took the dishes to the sink.
As much as he hated leaving dirty dishes until morning, he was far too exhausted to be able to make it through; even with the tabby's help of drying.

This time, Rocky insisted that they link arms as they made their way back to the bedroom. He forced his arm around Mordecai's and rested his head on his shoulder as they made their way out of the kitchen.

Mordecai used his free hand to rub his face, having left his glasses on the nightstand. As he walked, he found that it felt odd; kicking and shaking his legs a bit between steps in hopes it would fix the problem.
"Well, I'm certainly spent... rest is undoubtedly needed."
He sighed as they made it back to the bedroom.

The tuxedo walked over to his wardrobe and opened one of the drawers, pulling a pair of underwear from inside. He then removed his towel and slipped the garnet on, hanging the towel on the back of the chair that sat in the corner.
