Rocky waved his cousin off as the ginger tabby entered his mother's house.
The older cousin was officially on his own for the night. He had plans he wanted to enact for the night; but first, he would need some supplies in order to carry them out.

He put his car into drive and headed back into the city to pick up a few things at the drug store. This would be his first time buying these products so he was a bit nervous. After he stopped in front of the store and parked his car, he hopped out of the driver's seat and headed inside.
Thank goodness it was getting late so the store was fairly empty from any customers, one or two lingering around buying last-minute supplies for the evening.
Rocky sheepishly made his way to the personal health section of the store; where they sold lotions and bandages. Looking for a few things in particular, most importantly was Vaseline. A product he knew about but wasn't too familiar with. He knew his aunt would use it as a lip balm from time to time but it was also used for some... personal care.
Then he needed something he never thought he would ever have to buy in his lifetime, due to him being quite the goofball and the way women had an aversion to him; condoms.

Once all of his items we gathered and hidden in his hands, he made his way to the counter to purchase them. The older man at the register didn't care in the slightest about what the tabby was purchasing. He had seen it all and was tired of working for the night.
Rocky couldn't have been more thankful that this man had made no scene about him purchasing his sundries. The cashier bagged his items, thank goodness, thanked him for his purchase, and Rocky ran out the door. Once in his car, he tossed his purchase in the passenger seat and stared at it.

"Where the heck am I gonna go do this...?"
Beginning to sweat, he realized that he didn't think this through all the way. He lived in a car, there was no privacy there.
Usually, parking in the city at night would still not give him any privacy with all the bootleggers running about and the people getting drunk at speakeasies.

Finally, a light bulb came on in the tabby's head.
"THE BRIDGE!"
Rocky started the ignition with a fiery passion and floored it in the direction of the bridge where he and Mordecai first made contact that fateful evening.

The tabby could not drive fast enough to his destination. He had been very lucky lately with not getting pulled over for the speeds he was exceeding. Figuring the side of the bridge where he had parked before was still a little too out in the open for his comfort, he decided to park on the other side of the structure. Favoring a spot that was surrounded by thick foliage.

"Perfect!"
He sighed as he put the car in park and turned the engine off.
"Now..."
The tabby dug out his clippers and proceeded to cut his nails until they were as low as he could get them before they started to hurt, then filed them so they were rounded instead of jagged.
After setting those things aside and brushing away the excess keratin that was around his drivers' seat, he scooched his way to the backbench for some more privacy. Looking around the back, he found an extra blanket and put it up as a make-shift curtain from the backbench to the front, then pillowcases to cover the back windows.
It was his own little private cocoon from the outside world; for the activity he was about to engage in, would make the devil himself blush... probably.

"Shoot."
He pulled the curtain aside and grabbed his purchases off the front seat, then closed the curtain again. Digging through the bag, he grabbed the Vaseline and pulled it out of the paper bag. He swallowed the lump in his throat.
He had never done this. Yes, he indulged in himself upon occasion. He was a living, breathing being after all; but he had never explored that area before.

Before he began, he grabbed a spare towel he had on the floor of his back seat, having to move some stuff out of the way to grab it. Taking his pillow, he shoved it behind his head and got comfortable.
