Choji had a worried look upon his round face, as he slowly chewed his chips. The sound of two voices could be heard arguing with one another in the distance.

Next to Choji stood Asuma. He had a board look upon his face as he smoked his cigarette. He was staring straight ahead of himself, his eyes unfocused as he lazily glared at the forest.

The scene zoomed out, to show Choji sitting on the ground crossed legged, and Asuma standing next to him, his right arm limp to his side, while his left rested on his hip. They were stationed in the training grounds. In front of them were where the two arguing voices where coming from.

Ino stood with a crossed face and her arms crossed. Her body slightly turned away to her left. She held an ugly glare towards the person in front of her.

Shikamaru was also standing, as he too held a glare upon his lazy face. His back was slightly hunched, with his left hand in his pocket, his right was tightly ball into a fist to his side. His lips were pressed tightly together, but if you looked close enough, you could see his jaw slightly moving back and forth.

He was seething in anger. He was having a hard time controlling himself from not punching Ino in the face as hard as he could right now.

"Humph, you could be mad all you want Shikamaru, but you know I'm right." Ino declared loudly to him.

Shikamaru huffed a breath of air, before he began to speak. "Whatever Ino, I don't feel like arguing with you anymore. This whole conversation should've never existed in the first place." Shikamaru tried to calmly state through a tight throat.

But anyone in their right mind could hear the anger hidden behind his words. Ino gave him a quick once over, before she snatched her head off from him, and pointed her nose to the sky. " Humph, whatever, Shikamaru. Do what you want. But you know I'm right." She stated to him, her once confident voice wavered some, but she hid it well.

It wasn't common for Shikamaru to get so angry, let alone loose his temper. And when he did, it was best you let him walk off his anger. Ino herself, wasn't use to Shikamaru being angry. Annoyed, yes, but straight up anger, no. It kind of scared her actually, she just wasn't use to it.

Choji thickly swallowed his chips, as he seen how angry Shikamaru was. He followed Shikamaru with his head until he disappeared down the grassy hill. Choji's face became even more worried, as he looked down to his now empty and crumbled bag of chips.

'I wonder what's wrong with Shikamaru? Earlier when we where walking though the village with Naruto, Shikamaru was irritated then. So what's wrong with him. Why is he so angry?' Choji sadly thought to himself, as his brows furrowed further.

"It'll be okay, Choji." Asuma suddenly stated as he stepped closer to Choji. Choji slightly jumped from Asuma's voice. He looked up to Asuma with a worried look. Asuma gave Choji a reassuring smile as he stared down at him.

Choji looked at him with a worried gaze for a while longer, before he too gave him a calmed smile.

The moment broke when they heard Ino. They snatched both of their heads over to her. Her back was towards them, with her arms crossed, she was still in the same spot from earlier. "Hmph, who cares what's wrong with him." She declared, with an angered voice.

Then she spined around to face the two. Her feet slightly apart, and her hands on her hips. "Can we just start training, that's what we came here for after all. Shikamaru is just going through a faze is all, and before you know it, he'll be over it." She stated with mile confidence in her voice.

Choji lightly groaned at her response, while Asuma just shook his head. They both knew that Ino was worried about Shikamaru, just as much as they were. She was just too prideful to show it.
