i see a lot of comments that seem to be confused about the storyline a little bit, or the characters and why the perform the actions they perform.. BUT i wanted to make a little question and answer thingy to clear some things up.

okay here are some things i personally want to but into perspective:

- ivy is not the most reliable narrator, she says things that she means as SHE sees them, but it doesn't make it right or wrong
- both ivy and kai have "parent issues(?)" they both have a parent who has passed
- kai is more of a self destructive but destructs things that are in his way type of person, ivy is a more "hurt people hurt people" type of person
- kai is a master manipulator but that is not to say that ivy doesn't know what she's in for, because as much as she is aware she is in denial
- while ivy doesn't say much about what she has done/said in the past, if you see deeply into her language you'll find her admitting to a various number of different things in subtle ways
- each character is heavy flawed which is what makes them relatable in one way or another
- charlie goes by she/they
