Sweet Pea's pov
My Girlfriend also the love of my life, Betty. She lives on the Northside with her mom Gladys. Her dad passed away when she was young. I live on the Southside with my drunken father who barely comes home. I guess that's not a bad thing though. My mom left when I was 6 years old. I don't miss her she didn't care enough to stay or take me with her. I guess that's also a good thing, if she had taken me with her I might not have met my beautiful angel Betty, and thank goodness I did. I couldn't imagine my life without her in it. Currently I'm sitting on the couch waiting for Betty to come over. She came over every day and then I would drive the both of us to her house where we would sleep. Gladys is the leader of the serpents along with her boyfriend Tall boy who absolutely adores Betty. I mean how could he not. I got up from the couch and threw away the empty beer bottles my dad had so generously left behind. I heard a soft knock on the door. I quickly opened it knowing it was freezing outside not to mention there was a serial killer loose. Betty quickly came in and pushed her small body into my arms. "Hi Princess" "Hi Bubba" She said giggling. "Is it really cold out?" "It's freezing" I picked her small body up and laid her down near the fire I had started earlier.
Betty's pov
As I warmed up near the fire Pea made me some tea. "Bubba" He nodded showing he was listening. "I was thinking with the Black Hood getting closer and closer to us maybe after school you should come to my house and we can stay there if you want?" He walked over slowly as he let the tea steep. He gently took my hands in his much larger ones. "Do you feel unsafe coming to the Southside be honest with me?" "Of course not Baby remember I still spend a lot of time at the bar I just get scared because I don't know where the Blackhood is and I want you with me always. We already have school apart why the extra Time?" "baby we can do whatever you need princess to the feel the safest. From now on once schools over I'll come straight over alright. " I cuddled into Pea's chest. "When will Riverdale be safe again?" "It will always be a safe place for you Angel." I kissed his soft lips as he embraced me. " Wanna head home?" he said as he pushed a kiss to my head. "You are my home Pea" "mmm Home Sweet Home"
