Betty and Sweet Pea

Sweet Pea's pov

I attend Riverdale High.  I am one of the co-captains of the football team along with Reggie, Archie, Moose, and Fangs.  I have the most beautiful girlfriend in the world, Betty Cooper.  She is my life, my pride and joy.  When I'm with her I have no worries.  My mom is not longer in my life but my dad is.  Him and I are very close. He also gets along with Betty but who wouldn't, she's perfect.  Betty unfortunately goes to a different school.  Southside high.  From what I've heard everyone that goes there is sketchy as can be.  As of today Betty is transferring because that dump is being shut down for good.  I am so excited to have her by my side.  Maybe I'll actually want to attend school if it means I'll get to see her everyday.  I made sure her Locker is right next to mine and that she was in all my classes.  Am I a bit clingy? Yes.

Betty's pov

Today I start at a new school.  My friend Toni, Fangs, and I are all being transferred to Riverdale High.  I am beyond excited because my boyfriend Sweet goes there and I love him with all my heart.  I am so excited to finally be going to school with him.  I was knocked out my thoughts when the doorbell rang.  I ran downstairs and opened the door.  Toni and Fangs instantly greeted me with big hugs.  I was wearing a plaid skirt with a black tank top and had a black sweater on top. 

fangs: I really don't wanna transfer.  

I shrugged my shoulders.

Betty: I really don't mind.

Toni: Of course you don't babes you have your boyfriend

Fangs:Yeah you're going to leave us for him

Betty: Never, but we do have to get going 

I said earning yet another groan from the pair.  Toni is lesbian and Fangs Is bi.  They have both had quite tough dating lives, from homophobic parents to cheaters and liars.  We all said a quick goodbye to my mom as we began the new journey to school.

Sweet Pea's pov

Betty and her classmates would be here any second I was flipping out.  

Sweet Pea:what if her friends don't like me?

Moose: What if we don't like her?

Sweet Pea: Impossible

As soon as I finished speaking the doors opened revealing my angel.  To her left was another girl with pink hair and to her right a guy with jet black hair almost darker than mine.  They finally reached the table and Betty and my eyes met.  She was wearing the cutest outfit, but when is she not.  

Veronica:welcome to Riverdale High. I am Veronica Lodge

Before the rest of us could introduce ourselves Cheryl marched down the stairs to where we were standing.  

Cheryl: I will not have you bloodsucking moths come into our precious school and destroy it.

Betty's pov

We haven't even been here for 5 minutes and there's already drama.

Toni:What did you call us?

Cheryl: You heard me serpent trash

That's when everything went downhill.  Toni punched Cheryl in the face causing everyone to jump over the table and breakup the fight.  Obviously by the fight I mean Toni repeatedly punching Cheryl in the face.  I attempted to help breakup the fight since Toni was one of our own an ended up getting punched in the face by someone.  Sweet Pea must have seen because I saw rage grow In his eyes.  Fangs pushed me to the side where we escaped the madness in the hallway before some teachers heard the yelling, screaming and even crying happening in the hall.  Sweet Pea ran over to me and instantly pulled me into the closest empty classroom while Fangs went back out to try to get Toni.

Sweet Pea's pov

I was furious when I saw someone's fist come into contact with my beautiful girls jaw.  I saw the pain in her eyes for the moment before she blinked it away.  I saw the guy from earlier take her to the side where I instantly met them. I lifted her small body onto the teachers desk and began examining her bruise.

Betty: Pea it's fine. I'm okay.

Sweet Pea: I know I- I just I really love you and seeing you come into contact with any pain at all well it quite literally kills me

Betty smiled gently and embraced me in a quick hug.  I held her for two minutes before she pulled away and placed the softest and most loving kiss on my lips.  She truly is enchanting.
