I grab demetri and begin running and so does he

"Will you take me home" I say knowing I was too drunk to drive and he had a car

"Sure" he says as we both get into his car. As he turns out of the parking spot I see hawk. With moon pinned up against a tree lips all over her. And that was it. The tears finally spilled out and I began to sob. Thank god I was just with demetri

"I knew he was gonna fuck up with you one way or another" demetri says

"I should've saw it coming once his big change happened. I even told him to try to show a little more eli and he said he would but I guess he lied." I say

Demetri nods sighing. "At least you tried" he says

I was now back at my apartment pain rushing through my body. I looked at my broken run down apartment and wished more than anything that robby was here.

After an hour of just screaming and punching more holes in the wall I didn't even notice someone come in.

Robby comes over to me holding me back from punching anything else and hurting myself

"Quinn what happened" he asks

I cry in his arms for a while now not caring that the one of the reasons I was crying was him. I needed someone right now.

After the crying without a word to robby I fell asleep and when he heard a snore he brought me to my room

"Happy birthday" he whispers before closing the door. He stayed in his own room that night but I knew it wasnt permanent even though I wish it was.

I woke up the next morning feeling like shit. But I got my ass out of bed and went to karate. And when I got up robby was gone. No surprise there.

I just walked to karate with miguel not feeling like seeing hawk. At least not in a situation where I had to talk to him.

Karate was boring as fuck. Aisha said something about a commercial this miyagi do made and I had no clue what it was so he filled me in on his relationship with the larussos. Aisha then helped him film a commercial for cobra kai and then we all talked about meeting up at valley fest to ruin their performance. I was pretty excited since johnny explained what daniel had done to him.

Hawk would try and talk to me but miguel would just nod at him telling him it was not the time. And with that class was over.

Hawk waited for me even though I thought I made it clear I was tired of him. Aisha and miguel were with him as well and we all were about to leave when johnny called me

"Quinn" he yells making all our heads turn as he comes up to us.

"H-happy belated birthday kid. Sorry i wasnt able to give it to you yesterday i was stuck on a call" he says handing me this black duffle bag That looked super old

"I uhh know it isn't anything special but I always see you carrying your gi out and I used this one when I was a junior i and never lost a fight" he says smirking

"Thank you so much" I say hugging him which obviously surprised him.

"No problem I'll see you tonight" he says walking back to his office.

I turn around to shocked friends and a very guilty hawk

"Yesterday was your birthday?" He asks me looking down at the ground.

"Yeah asshole" is all I say before walking out

"Wait quinn" Miguel yells as they all catch up to me

"Why didn't you tell us? We would've gotten you something or at least wished you happy birthday" He says and the other two nod

"Yeah I can't believe it was your first birthday with us and we were all drunk, dealing with our own problems.... or cheating" aisha says staring down hawk

"Hey we werent technically together" hawk says making miguel nudge his side as he lets out a grunt

They all just look at me waiting for a response

"Yeah well I just always hated my birthday and I guess I just added to the list of why" I said staring at hawk but he wouldn't look at me.

"Bye guys I'll see you tonight" I roll my eyes before walking off

Hawks pov-

I can believe I basically cheated on her on her fucking birthday I thought to myself. And the look she gave me actually made my heart hurt. I couldn't stand looking at her again. But I was still mad at her for not telling me whatever was going on between her and that boy at the party

"Hawk what the hell" aisha says to me

"I know okay" I say pissed off

"Why were you even with moon did you just get bored of quinn?" Miguel asked

"No! No not at all it's just. Felt nice to have girls attention" I say

"Well...yeah one that has bullied you since you were young and is only now noticed you because of this new look. Quinn has liked you since before you were hawk" aisha says

"Yeah well she didn't have to run off with that guy at the party" I say defensively

"What? Who?" Miguel asks

"The guy sam showed up with. They obviously had un finished Business and ran off together. And then I stopped by her apartment and saw them cuddling on her couch" I say even more pissed off and I could tell the other two were shocked

"Just forget it" I say before storming off.
