Three days later.

Three days had gone by and no Kaleb. I was getting worried every nano-second he was not at school and when he did not answer my calls. I was daydreaming when Matty, my boyfriend waved his front of my face saying my name, slowly I was coming out of the daydream because the sounds around me were becoming more audible with every passing wave in front of my face. "Hello, earth to Jess", Matty continued to say as I shook my head from side to side. "Huh, yes, yes, I'm here", I laughed as I held his hand to prevent him from waving his hand from nearly making me go blind. "You were out of it for a while, sweetie", he said as he kissed me on the forehead", "yeah just thinking about our upcoming Anatomy test, no biggie", and at that very moment two armed police officers walked past us, with hand-cuffs dangling from their sides.

"Alright, which one of you murdered someone?", and that question was the icing on the cake for me, because as those words came out of Tiggs' mouth, I full on went on panic attack mode. The air around me was getting thinner as I stumbled to the bathroom. Clasping my chest, 'murder' was the only word that was ringing in my head, as the thoughts of 'that night' came flooding back, the panic consumed me as Tiggs and my sister came rushing into the bathroom. "Jae, what's the matter?" they both practically say in unison. I looked at Tiggs in her eyes because I did not have it in me to look into my sister's eyes. She continued to look into my eyes as she rubbed my back in circles, soon after I calmed down form my panic attack high.

"What was that about Jess?', Tiggs asked again, "Yeah, yeah", I said still trying to properly catch my breath, "it was nothing, let's just go to class before we're late", I said walking out the bathroom. The police officers were on the pathway where I had to walk to get to my class, so I froze for a while, knowing that I was already in the process of being late for the first lecture of the day, and my Chemistry lecturer was not an understanding woman, I held my breath and walked past them quickly.
